Նիկոլայ Ռիժկովը հույս է հայտնել, որ հայաստանյան իրավիճակը կհանգուցալուծվի բացառապես սահմանադրական, իրավական դաշտում
POLITICSՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Դաշնության խորհրդի անդամ, Հայաստանի ազգային հերոս Նիկոլայ Ռիժկովը Հայաստան այցի ընթացքում տարածած հայտարարությամբ հույս է հայտնել, որ հայաստանյան իրավիճակը կհանգուցալուծվի բացառապես սահմանադրական, իրավական դաշտում:
«Հայաստանին ու Ռուսաստանին կապում են դարավոր բարեկամական կապեր: Երկու երկրների եղբայրական ժողովուրդներն անցել են բազմաթիվ փորձությունների միջով, եղել են միասին և՛ ուրախության, և՛ տխրության պահերին: Ահա այդ պատճառով մենք անտարբեր չենք հայ ժողովրդի ճակատագրով, և դրա համար եմ ես այսօր Հայաստանում»,- Past.am-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասել է Նիկոլայ Ռիժկովը:
Նա նշել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն այսօր ապրում է իր պատմության դժվարին փուլը: Ռուսաստանը, լինելով Հայաստանի ամենամոտ գործընկերը, ուշադիր և անկեղծ մտահոգությամբ, հետևում է երկրում ծավալվող զարգացումներին: «Վստահ ենք, որ դարերի ընթացքում ձեռքբերված իմաստությունը կնպաստի երկրին արագ վերադառնալ բնականոն կյանքին: Հույս ունենք, որ իրավիճակը կհանգուցալուծվի բացառապես սահմանադրական, իրավական դաշտում, բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը կցուցաբերեն պատասխանատու մոտեցում և կառուցողական երկխոսության պատրաստակամություն: Խաղաղություն և բարեկեցություն եղբայրական հայ ժողովրդին»,-ասել է Նիկոլայ Ռիժկովը:
