Տուլայում ավտոբուսի վթարից տուժածներից 8-ը հանգրվանել է հարազատների տներում

Տուլայի տարածաշրջանում ունեցած ՃՏՊ-ի հետևանքով տուժածներից 8-ը հանգրվանել են հարազատների տներում, ևս 12 մարդ տեղափոխվել է անվտանգ տարածք (տեղի կինոթատրոնի շենք): Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻՆ ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կե նտրոնից հեռախոսով կապ է հաստատվել նրանց հետ, և մեր հայրենակիցները փոխանցել են, որ իրենց հետ ամեն ինչ կարգին է:

Ժամը 12.30-ի դրությամբ պարզվել է, որ Տուլայի տարածաշրջանում տեղի ունեցած ՃՏՊ-ի հետևանքով զոհերի թիվը հասել է 8-ի` ևս մեկ մարդ մահացել է հիվանդանոցում:

ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻՆ ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնը պարբերական կապ է պահպանում ՌԴ ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնի և Տուլայի շրջանի ՃԿԿ-ի հետ, նաև աշխատում Ռուսաստանում ՀՀ փոխդեսպան Արթուր Մանասարյանի հետ: Փորձ է արվում կապվել Տուլայի շրջանի բժշկական կենտրոնների հետ, որտեղ գտնվում են պատահարից տուժած մեր հայրենակիցները: Աշխատանքներ են տարվում նաև զոհերի ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Դեպքի վայր են մեկնել նաև Ռուսաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանության ՏԿԱԻՆ ներկայացուցիչ Արտակ Ղազարյանը, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության և քննչական կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչները:

Նոյեմբերի 3-ին` ժամը 04.44-ին, ՌԴ ԱԻՆ ԱՃԿԿ-ից տեղեկատվություն է ստացվել, որ ժամը 03.08-ին Մ-4 դաշնային ավտոճանապարհի 220-րդ կմ-ում՝ Տուլայի տարածաշրջանի Ուզլովսկիյ շրջանի Իլինկա գյուղի մոտակայքում, Մոսկվա-Երևան երթուղու «Կինգ Դելյուքսե ՍՊԸ տրանսպորտային ընկերությանը պատկանող «Higer»մակնիշի 510 OP 61 պետհամարանիշով ավտոբուսը դեռևս չբացահայտված հանգամանքներում դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի մասից և շրջվել: Նոյեմբերի 3-ին` ժամը 10.00-ի դրությամբ, պարզվել է, որ ՃՏՊ-ի հետևանքով տուժել է 43 ՀՀ քաղաքացի, որոնցից 33-ը հոսպիտալացվել են տարածաշրջանային բժշկական կենտրոններ:
