ՆԱՏՕ-ի ներկայացուցիչը տեղյակ չէ, որ Ադրբեջանը թուրքական արտադրության սպառազինություն է կիրառում

 Հարավային Կովկասում ՆԱՏՕ-ի կապի սպա Ուիլյամ Լահյուն թեպետ խոստովանում է, որ հետեւում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորմանն ու սահմանային միջադեպերին, սակայն տեղյակ չէ, որ Ադրբեջանը հակամարտության գոտում թուրքական արտադրության սպառազինություն է կիրառում եւ սահմանային վերջին լարվածության ժամանակ հարեւան պետությունը հենց ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ Թուրքիայից գնված արկերն է գործածել:

Նոյեմբերի 3-ին ՆԱՏՕ-ի տեղեկատվական կենտրոնում կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ, Լահյուն նախ ասաց որ տեղյակ չէ, թե ինչի մասին է հարցը, իսկ կրկնահարցից հետո հավելեց, որ Դաշինքը չի կարող իր ինքնիշխան անդամների արտաքին քաղաքականությանը միջամտել եւ ինչ-որ հարցեր պարտադրել:

«Ես ինքս տեղյակ չեմ, թե դուք ինչ նկատի ունեք: Թուրքական զենքի կիրառման մասին տեղեկատվությանը չեմ տիրապետում: Կարող եմ ասել, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն որպես կազմակերպություն չի կարող իր անդամներին որեւէ քաղաքականություն պարտադրել: Միաժամանակ, ես կարծում եմ, որ ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում ներգրավված բոլոր կողմերը պետք է ջանքեր գործադրեն նոր զոհերից եւ սրացումներից խուսափելու համար»,- ասաց Լահյուն:

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ միջազգային համագործակցության եւ սպառազինությունների վերահսկման վարչության պետ Սամվել Մկրտչյանն էլ շեշտեց, որ ԵԱՀԿ յուրաքանչյուր այցելության, սահմանին կամ շփման գծում ցանկացած մոնիտորինգի ժամանակ համանախագահներին եւ դիտորդական խմբի ներկայացուցիչներին ներկայացվում է համապատասխան վիճակագրություն հրադադարի խախտումների, կիրառված զենքերի տեսակների, քանակի եւ նաեւ արտադրության վերաբերյալ: Միաժամանակ, Մկրտչյանը շեշտեց, որ այս հարցի առնչությամբ պետք չէ գերագնահատել ՆԱՏՕ-ի դերակատարությունը անդամ պետություններին որեւէ բան պա րտադրելու հարցում: «Միաժամանակ, հստակ է, որ Թուրքիան ոչ կառուցողական դիրքորոշում ունի ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման առնչությամբ»,- ասել է Մկրտչյանը:

Սեպտեմբերին սահմանային լարվածության ժամանակ ՀՀ եւ ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունները հայտարարեցին, որ Ադրբեջանը կիրառում է թուրքական արտադրության սպառազինություն:  Ի պատասխան այդ հայտարարության Թուրքիայի բանակի Գլխավոր շտաբի ներկայացուցիչները հայտարարել են, որ Ադրբեջանին աջակցությունը շարունակվելու է: Թուրքիան ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ պետություն է եւ ըստ Անկարայի ներկայացրած տվյալների, դաշինքի կազմում զորքերի թիվը հասնում է 1 միլիոնի:
