Կառավարությունը որոշել է Ծովակալ Իսակովի N 50/12 հասցեում գտնվող արտադրական մասնաշենքի 3-րդ հարկից «Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայան» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությանը անհատույց օգտագործման իրավունքով տրամադրված 941,1 քառակուսի մետր մակերեսով տարածքից 501-ը, որ 6 միլիոն 239 հազար 581 կադաստրային արժեք ունի, հետ վերցնել և ամրացնել ՀՀ միջուկային անվտանգության կարգավորման կոմիտեին։

Սրա վերաբերյալ կառավարության՝ Իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում այսօր մի նախագիծ է շրջանառության դրվել:

ՀՀ պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեի ղեկավարը այս որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո երկամսյա ժամկետում սահմանված կարգով պետք է համապատասխան փոփոխություն կատարի «Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայան» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության հետ կնքված գույքի անհատույց օգտագործման պայմանագրի մեջ։

Նշենք, որ այս լաբորատորիայի ստեղծումը ներառված է եղել կառավարության՝ 2018 թ. գերակա խնդիրների ցանկում:

Նախագծի իրականացման համար Ծովակալ Իսակովի N 50/12 հասցեում գտնվող արտադրական մասնաշենքի 3-րդ հարկից 501 քառակուսի մետր տարածքը կհատկացվի ՀՀ միջուկային անվտանգության կարգավորման կոմիտեին, որը վերանորոգումից և կահավորելուց հետո կդառնա ժամանակակից պահանջներին համապատասխանող Ճառագայթային չափումների ռեֆերենսային ռադիոքիմիական լաբորատորիա՝ հագեցած բարձր ճշտության ռադիոմետրիկ ու սպեկտրոմետրիկ սարքերով, ինչպես նաև ռադիոքիմիական անալիզների կատարման ու փորձանմուշներ վերցնելու և մշակելու համար անհրաժեշտ սարքավորումներով:

Լաբորատորիայի նորոգման ծախսերը նախատեսվում է կատարել ՀՀ  միջուկային անվտանգության կարգավորման կոմիտեի 2019 թ. բյուջեի պահպանման ծախսերի հաշվին, իսկ ժամանակակից սարքերով, սարքավորումներով ապահովումը՝ Եվրոպական միության, Ատոմային էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալության և ԱՄՆ տեխնիկական համագործակցության ծրագրերի շրջանակներում:

Որոշման ընդունմամբ ստեղծվող Ճառագայթային չափումների ռեֆերենսային ռադիոքիմիական լաբորատորիան իրականացնելու է շրջակա միջավայրի ճառագայթային մոնիթորիգ և վերահսկողություն՝ ապահովելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնակչության պաշտպանությունը իոնացնող ճառագայթման հնարավոր վնասակար ազդեցությունից, բարելավելու շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանությունը:
