SOCIETYՓաստաբան Ռուստամ Բադասյանը «Ազատությանը» տեղեկացրել է, որ ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի պետ Վիգեն Աղեկյանը իրեն հայտնել է, որ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը օրվա ընթացքում եղել է Սևանի բաժնում, բացյ տեղափոխվել է։ Աղեկյանը նշել է, որ չի կարող տեղեկություն տրամադրել պատգամավորի գտնվելու վայրի մասին։
Փաստաբանը ավելի վաղ խոսել էր քննիչ Թադևոսյանի հետ, ով, հիշեցնենք, զանգահարել էր Փաշինյանի կնոջը՝ Աննա Հակոբյանին, և հայտնել, որ պատգամավորը Սևանի բատնում է։ Աննա Հակոբյանից ստանալով քննիչի հեռախոսահամարը՝ Բադասյանը զանգահարել էր քննիչին, ով հաստատել էր, որ Փաշինյանը ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնում է և որ փաստաբանը կարող է տեսակցել նրա հետ։
Բադասյանն այս պահին փորձում է կրկին կապ հաստատել Թադևոսյանի հետ պարզաբանում ստանալու համար, սակայն քննիչը հեռախոսազանգերին և կարճ հաղորդագրությանը չի պատասխանում։
Փաստաբանի պնդմամբ, ինքը ողջ օրվա ընթացքում փորձել է Փաշինյանի գտնվելու վայրի մասին տեղեկություններ ստանալ Ոստիկանությունից, ԱԱԾ֊ից, ՀՔԾ֊ից, որի վարույթում գտնվում է գործը, սակայն դա նրան չի հաջողվել։
Բադասյանի գնահատմամբ, ստեղծված իրավիճակով կոպտորեն խախտվում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պաշտպանության իրավունքը։
