Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունն ԱԺ նախագահին տեղեկացրել է պատգամավորների ձերբակալման մասին
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը ապրիլի 22-ի դրությամբ տեղեկացվել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներ Նիկոլ Վովայի Փաշինյանը, Սասուն Մեխակի Միքայելյանը և Արարատ Սամվելի Միրզոյանը ձերբակալվել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 225.1-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 2-րդ մասերով սահմանված արարքներ կատարելու համար:
Այս մասին «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում գրառում է կատարել Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Արսեն Բաբայանը:
«Տեղեկացնում եմ, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 96-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի համաձայն, այն է՝ «Պատգամավորին ազատությունից զրկելու մասին անհապաղ տեղեկացվում է Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը», Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հատուկ քննչական ծառայության 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 22-ի գրությամբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահին տեղեկացվել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներ Նիկոլ Վովայի Փաշինյանը, Սասուն Մեխակի Միքայելյանը և Արարատ Սամվելի Միրզոյանը ձերբակալվել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 225.1-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 2-րդ մասերով սահմանված արարքներ կատարելու համար»,- գրել է Բաբայանը:
Ապրիլի 22-ին կայացավ ՀՀ վարչապետ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Ազգային ժողովի «Ելք» խմբակցության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումը: Այն տևեց մի քանի րոպե, ընդհանուր հայտարարի գալ չհաջողվեց: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանդիպումից հետո իր կողմնակիցներին կոչ արեց շարունակել քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության խաղաղ գործողությունները` հայտարարելով, որ ժամը 19:00-ին Հանրապետության հրապարակում կանցկացնեն հերթական հանրահավաքը: Հանդիպումից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա կողմնակիցները Հանրապետության հրապարակից երթ սկսեցին դեպի Էրեբունի վարչական շրջան, սակայն Էրեբունիում ոստիկանության տարածքից հեռացրեց Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, Սասուն Միքայելյանին և Արարատ Միրզոյանին, ինչից հետո փորձեց ցույցը ցրել այդ հատվածից:
