Կազմակերպությունը պահանջում է քաղաքացիներին ազատությունից զրկելու փաստով քրեական գործ հարուցել
SOCIETY«Ընդդեմ իրավական կամայականության» հասարակական կազմակերպության տարածած հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է, որ Արաբկիրի ոստիկանական բաժնում փաստաբան Արա Ղարագյոզյանի փաստաբանական գործունեությունը խոչընդոտվում է ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից։ Ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները թույլ չեն տալիս փաստաբանին տեսակցել բերման ենթարկվածների հետ։
Հայտարարությունը տարածելուց հետո, սակայն, կազմակերպության իրավաբանը կարողացել է տեսակցել բոլոր բերման ենթարկվածների հետ: Քաղաքացիները նրան տեղեկացրել են, որ ենթարկվել են վատ վերաբերմունքի ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից, իսկ նրանց բերման ենթարկելու ընթացքում ոստիկանները կիրառել են ուժ՝ պատճառել ֆիզիկական ցավ և հայհոյել քաղաքացիներին:
«Բերման ենթարկված 32 քաղաքացիներին շարունակում են պահել ոստիկանության բաժնում, չնայած այն փաստին, որ վարչական վարույթը իրականացվել է, և վերջիններս կարող են լքել ոստիկանության բաժինը։ Քաղաքացիներին, օրենքին և վերջիններիս կամքին հակառակ, դիտավորյալ են պահում ոստիկանության շենքում, որպեսզի քաղաքացիները ինչքան հնարավոր է լքեն ակցիաների մասնակիցների շարքերը»,- Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց կազմակերպության փաստաբան Արա Ղարագյոզյանը:
Փաստաբանը փոխանցեց նաև, որ բերման ենթարկվածների մեջ կան անգամ մարդիկ, ովքեր մայթերին են կանգնած եղել, սակայն նրանց նույնպես բերման են ենթարկել և գործ են հարուցել:
«Այսինքն, արդեն հրաման է տրված, որ ինչքան հնարավոր է շատ մարդու զրկեն ազատությունից, որպեսզի վախի մթնոլորտ ձևավորվի»,- ասաց կազմակերպության փաստաբանը:
Նա նաև նշեց, որ ակտիվիստ Տիգրան Մազմանյանը ձերբակալված է, նրա հանդեպ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 225 հոդվածի հատկանիշներով՝ զանգվածային անկարգություններ հրահրելը:
Ի դեպ, նա ասաց, որ բաժնում առկա փաստաբանների հասցեին նույնպես հնչում են վիրավորական արտահայտություններ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից:
«Ընդդեմ իրավական կամայականության» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը դատապարտում է ոստիկանության անօրինական գործողությունները և կոչ անում անհապաղ ազատ արձակել քաղաքացիներին։ Կազմակերպությունը նաև կոչ է արել անհապաղ քրեական գործ հարուցել քաղաքացիներին ազատությունից ապօրինի զրկելու փաստով:
Հիշեցնենք, որ այս օրերի ընթացքում բազմաթիվ դեպքեր են արձանագրվել, որոնց ժամանակ մեքենաների վարորդները քշել են խաղաղ ցուցարարների վրա՝ վտանգելով նրանց կյանքը, սակայն ոստիկանությունը, ցուցարարների անվտանգությունն ապահովելու և մեքենաների վարորդների կողմից իրականացվող բռնությունները կանխելու փոխարեն, բերման են ենթարկում խաղաղ ցուցարարներին:
Աշխատանքային օրվա ավարտին տեղեկացանք, որ Արաբկիրի ոստիկանություն բերման ենթարկվածները բոլորն էլ ազատ են արձակվել:
