 Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակում հայտարարեց, թե իրենց պայքարը շարունակելու է լինել «բաց ձեռքերի պայքար»: Past.am-ի փոխանցմամբ` նա պատմեց, թե ինչպես առավոտյան պատռեց ոստիկանության պաշտոնական ծանուցումը ցույցը ցրելու մասին: «Մենք պետք է շարունակենք մեր ճկուն մարտավարությունը: Հիմա երթով կշարժվենք մեր ուղղությամբ, գործողություններ կանենք մնացած բոլոր կառավարական շենքերի գործունեությունը պարալիզացնելու ուղղությամբ: Այնտեղ, որտեղ հնարավոր կլինի ներս մտնել, ներս կմտնենք ու նստացույց կանենք: Որտեղ չի հաջողվի, նստացույց կանենք մուտքերի դիմաց: Ոչ մեկին թույլ չենք տա ներս մտնել, դուրս եկողներին` միայն մեզ միանալու պայմանով»,-ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Ինչպես արդեն ավելի վաղ հայտարարվել է, ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը «Հավաքների ազատության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 33-րդ հոդվածով սահմանված կարգով 16.04.2018թ. որոշում է կայացրել ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կազմակերպած հավաքը դադարեցնելու մասին: Օրենքի պահանջով այսօր առավոտյան ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը տեղեկացվել է հիշյալ որոշման մասին: «Հավաքի կազմակերպիչը անտեսել է նշված որոշման պահանջները, չի կատարել օրենքով հավաքի կազմակերպչի իր պարտականությունները, այլ կրկին կոչ է արել շարունակել հավաքը, իրականացնել այլոց իրավունքների ու ազատությունների իրացմանը խոչընդոտող, հասարակական կարգը խախտող գործողություններ: «Հավաքների ազատության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 33-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասը նման իրավիճակում ոստիկանությանը լիազորում է «Ոստիկանության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով նախատեսված հատուկ միջոցների կիրառմամբ ցրել հավաքը: ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը պատրաստ է իրականացնելու իր պարտականությունը, որը կարող է կատարվել ցանկացած անհրաժեշտ պահի, որով պայմանավորված՝ կոչ ենք անում հավաքի մասնակիցներին զերծ մնալ անօրինական գործողություններից՝ անցանկալի հետևանքներից խուսափելու համար»,-նշել են ոստիկանությունից:
