Իրականում ԻԼԻՊ-ը պատմության ընթացքը շարունակելու շանս է տալիս մարդկությանը: ԽՍՀՄ փլուզումից հետո Ֆուկույաման գրեց պատմության ավարտի մասին` նկատի ունենալով, որ ազատական-ժողովրդավարական աշխարհակարգը հաղթեց կոմունիստական-համայնավարականին, ու այլևս ավարտվեց պատմության ընթացքը, ամեն ինչ դարձավ ձանձրալի ու անհետաքրքիր: Էլ չկար Չարի կայսրությունը, որի դեմ պայքարը իմաստ ու նշանակություն կհաղորդեր աշխարհքաղաքական ու քաղաքական գործիչների գործունեությանը, և թվում էր, թե այլևս անելիք չկա քաղաքականության համար, համենայնդեպս քաղաքական գործիչներն անվիճելի արդարացում չունեին իրենց գոյությունն արդարացնող: Իսկ ահա ԻԼԻՊ-ը իր սարսափազդու տեսահոլովակներով էսօրվա աշխարհի համար դարձել է էն բոբո-ձյաձյան, որով կարելի է համոզել ու պարտադրել երեխային (ժողովրդին, հասարակությանը) իր համար անցանկալի բաներ անել: ԻԼԻՊ-ը նոր շունչ հաղորդեց համաշխարհային քաղաքականությանը, նոր իմաստ պատմության ընթացքին, նոր անելիք տվեց մարդկությանը: Բոդրիարը եթե կենդանի լիներ, երևի կասեր, որ ԻԼԻՊ-ը վերականգնեց չարի և բարու միջև խախտված հավասարակշռությունը ու մարդկությանը ապրելու նոր լիցքեր ու նոր իմաստներ տվեց: Պարադոքս ա, բայց «փաստ»...
