Արմեն Սարգսյանը չի հակադրվի իշխանությանը

Ազգային ժողովի հատուկ նիստում նորընտիր նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանն իր խոսքում ասել էր, որ մեր երկրի ու ողջ ժողովրդի համար առանցքային է մնում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ ու բանակցային կարգավորումը, որի առաջին երաշխիքը հզոր Հայաստանը և ամուր Արցախն է:

«Արդարացի լուծման հասնելու և Արցախի ժողովրդի անքակտելի իրավունքները լավագույնս պաշտպանելու համար մենք պետք է շարունակենք կերտել ամուր, տնտեսապես զարգացող ծաղկուն և հզոր Հայաստան: Հանուն այդպիսի Հայաստանի մենք պետք է ապահովենք մեր քաղաքացու ինքնադրսևորման համար լավագույն միջավայրը: Միասին պետք է հետևողական պայքար մղենք պետական համակարգում, հասարակության մեջ, մեր շրջապատում առկա բոլոր բացասական և արատավոր երևույթների դեմ՝ կոռուպցիայից մինչև սոցիալական անարդարություն, անտարբերությունից մինչև անպատասխանատվություն»,- ասել է նա:

Արդյոք նորընտիր նախագահը կկարողանա՞ իրականություն դարձնել այն ամենը, ինչի մասին նշել է: Այս հարցին փորձել է պատասխանել քաղաքագետ Երվանդ Բոզոյանը:

-Պարոն Բոզոյան, ի՞նչ եք կարծում, Արմեն Սարգսյանը կարող է հակադրվել Սերժ Սարգսյանին՝ հանուն այն բարեփոխումների, որ ինքն է խոստացել երդմնակալության օրը:

-Ես չեմ կարծում, որ այդպիսի խնդիր կա, որովհետև նախ՝ ինքը չունի այդչափ լիազորություններ, որ կարողանա հակադրվի և երկրորդ՝ ես չեմ կարծում, որ նա այն մարդն է, ով նախագահ է դարձել, որպեսզի հակադրվի և փորձի իշխանության մեջ ինչ-որ վեճ առաջացնի և հայտ ներկայացնի ամբողջական իշխանությունը վերցնելու համար:

-Դիտելով նրա երդմնակալության արարողությունը, Ձեզ համար ինչպիսի՞ եզրահանգումներ եք արել Արմեն Սարգսյան անձի վերաբերյալ: Ի՞նչ եք կարծում՝ նա ինչպես կիրականացնի իրեն տրված գործառույթները:

-Նա մեծ հաշվով անգլիական թագուհու կարգավիճակ է ունենալու Հայաստանում՝ արարողակարգային ու ներկայացուցչական գործառույթներ է կատարելու և որևէ առանցքային դեր չի կատարելու:

Իր ելույթի ժամանակ նա առանձնահատուկ շեշտ դրեց դրական խոսքեր ասելու Սերժ Սարգսյանին, ինչը ցույց է տալիս, որ նա շատ լավ հասկանում է, որ նախագահ է դարձել հենց Սերժ Սարգսյանի աջակցությամբ: Այսինքն՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանն է նրան ներկայացրել Հանրապետական կուսակցությանը, որի արդյունքում Ազգային ժողովում նա, կարելի է ասել, լիարժեք քաղաքական մեծամասնությամբ դարձել է նախագահ:

Հաշվի առնելով, որ իր իշխանության աղբյուրը փաստացի Սերժ Սարգսյանն է ու Ազգային ժողովը, բնականաբար նա չի ուզի հակադրվել, մանավանդ, որ չունի այդ ռեսուրսը: Նա չունի ո՛չ քաղաքական հենարան, ո՛չ վարչական լծակ, ո՛չ հնարավորություն: Որևէ հիմք չկա մտածելու, որ նա կկարողանա հակադրվել և կուզենա հակադրվել: Եվ չի ուզում, և եթե անգամ ցանկանար, չէր կարող հակադրվել:
