Վիգեն Սարգսյանն ավելի կարևոր գործեր ունե՞ր (տեսանյութ)
ECONOMICSԱԺ պետաիրավական և ֆինանսավարկային ու բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանաձնաժողովում համատեղ շարունակվում է քննարկվել «ՀՀ 2016 թվականի բյուջեի մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը: Այսօր ՀՀ 2016 թվականի բյուջեի նախագծով նախագահի աշխատակազմի բյուջեն ներկայացրեց ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը, ով ոլորտային քննարկման ժամանակ հայտնեց, որ ՀՀ 2016 թվականի բյուջեի նախագծով նախագահի աշխատակազմի բոլոր ծրագրերի գծով ծախսերի համար նախատեսվել է 4 միլիարդ 558 միլիոն 321 հազար դրամ՝ 2015 թվականին հատկացված շուրջ 4 միլիարդ 580 միլիոն դրամի դիմաց:
Նրա խոսքով` 2016 քննարկվող նախագծով ներկայացված գումարը նվազել է 22 միլիոն 430 հազար դրամով կամ կես տոկոսով: Վիգեն Սարգսյանը, սակայն, չպատասխանեց պատգամավորների վերջին երկու հարցին` տեղեկացնելով, որ ուշանում է Հայ-ռուսական միջտարածաշրջանային 4-րդ համաժողովից: Երբ նա դուրս եկավ դահլիճից, լրագրողները շտապեցին հարցեր ուղղել նրան, սակայն առանց որևէ բան պատասխանելու Վիգեն Սարգսյանը հեռացավ պատգամավոր Ռուզան Մուրադյանի հետ: Անպատասխան մնացին նաև լրագրողների արձագանքները, թե արդյոք ֆորումը բյուջեից ավելի կարևոր էր, որ վերջինս քննարկման կեսից շտապում է գնալ ֆորումին:
