Ազգային արխիվից 2017 թ. օգտվել է 600 մարդ

Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայությունը հրապարակել է 2017 թ. արխիվային գործունեությունը, որի վերաբերյալ ամփոփ տեղեկատվությունը տրամադրել է ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության «Հայաստանի ազգային արխիվ» ՊՈԱԿ-ը:

Այսպես, նախորդ տարի կատարվել է ՀՀ արխիվային հավաքածուի փաստաթղթերի փորձաքննությամբ արժեքավորում և համալրում: Փաստաթղթերի համալրում կատարվել է քաղաքացիներից և կազմակերպություններից: Քաղաքացիների վերաբերյալ համալրումը առնչվել է անձնական ծագման փաստաթղթերին, որոնք նախորդ տարի կազմել են 89694 թերթ: Գործավարական փաստաթղթերը կազմել են 32682 գործ: Կինո և ֆոտոփաստաթղթերը ստացվել են կազմակերպություններից և կազմել համապատասխանաբար՝ 170 և 648 գործ:

Փաստաթղթերի փորձաքննական արժեքավորումը տարանջատվել է երկու փուլով՝ ազգային արխիվում և այլ կազմակերպություններում պահպանվող փաստաթղթերի ցուցակների վերամշակում ու կատարելագործում:

Առաջին փուլում նայվել է 23647 գործ, որից 4151-ը առանձնացվել է ոչնչացման համար: Երկրորդ փուլում մշտական պահպանության է տրվել 16950 փաստաթուղթ, ևս 236-ը՝ երկարաժամկետ պահպանության: Բացի այդ, 26033 փաստաթուղթ էլ ճանաչվել է ոչնչացման ենթակա:

Փաստաթղթերի պահպանության ապահովման առումով նույնպես մեծ աշխատանք է տարվել: Նախ, վերականգնվել ու վերանորոգվել է 306667 թերթ, կազմապատման ու կարման է ենթարկվել 29306 գործ, արկղավորվել է 37900-ը, ֆիզիկական վիճակի ստուգում է կատարվել 100815 գործի նկատմամբ, 1 միլիոն 975395 թերթ էլ համարակալվել է արխիվի աշխատակիցների կողմից:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, արխիվում պահպանման է դրված 4 միլիոն 255 834 գործ, բացի այդ հաշվառված է 5873 միավոր ֆոնդ:

Ուսումնասիրության համաձայն՝ նախորդ տարի բազմաթիվ անգամներ կատարվել է արխիվային հավաքածուի օգտագործում ու հրապարակում: Մասնավորապես՝ կատարվել է փաստաթղթերի հավաքածուների և ժողովածուների 12 միավորի պատրաստում, 17 հոդվածի պատրաստում, 48 ռադիոհեռուստատեսային հաղարդումների պատրաստում, 3 անգամ կատարվել է փաստաթղթերի ցուցադրությունների կազմակերպում: Բացի այդ, նախորդ տարի ՀՀ արխվից օգտվողների թիվը կազմել է 600, իսկ օգտագործման համար տրված գործերի քանակը կազմել է 124 369:
