Տուլայի նահանգապետը ցավակցել է ավտոբուսի վթարից զոհված ՀՀ քաղաքացիների հարազատներին

 Տուլայի մարզի նահանգապետ Վլադիմիր Գրուզդեւը ցավակցություն Է հայտնել Տուլայի մերձակայքում Մոսկվայից Երեւան ընթացող մարդատար ավտոբուսի վթարի հետեւանքով զոհվածների հարազատներին ու մերձավորներին: Նրա խոսքով տուժածների թիվը հասել Է 47-ի, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով «Ինտերֆաքս»-ին: «Յոթ մարդ Է զոհվել այդ ահավոր ողբերգության հետեւանքով : Նախնական տվյալներով՝ բոլորն Էլ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներ են: Խորը ցավակցություն եմ հայտնում զոհվածների հարազատներին ու ընտանիքներին»,-գրել Է Գրուզդեւը Twitter-ում:

Նահանգապետը նշել Է, որ ավտոբուսում եղել Է 63 մարդ, նրանցից տուժել են 47-ը: «Ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարի վայրում աշխատել են շտապ բուժօգնության 13 բրիգադներ: Տուլայի բժիշկները ցուցաբերում են անհրաժեշտ ողջ օգնությունը: Թեժ գծի հեռախոսահամարն Է՝ 88002007102»,-հավելել է տարածաշրջանի ղեկավարը:

Ավելի վաղ ՌԴ ՆԳ նախարարության տարածաշրջանային վարչության ներկայացուցիչ Անդրեյ Յարցեւը հայտնել Է, որ վթարի հետեւանքով զոհվել Է յոթ, հոսպիտալացվել Է 35 մարդ: Իր հերթին արտակարգ ծառայությունների աղբյուրը հայտնել Է, որ 35 տուժածներից յոթը ծանր վիճակում են, եւս տասի վիճակը միջին ծանրության Է: Բոլոր տուժածներին ուղարկել են Ուզլովայա, Կիրեեւսկ եւ Բոգոռադիցկ քաղաքների հիվանդանոցներ:

Վթարային փրկարարական աշխատանքները վթարի վայրում գործնականում ավարտված են: ԱԻՆ-ի աշխատակիցները ավտոբուսը կանգնեցրել են անիվների վրա եւ տեղափոխել պատահարի վայրից: Ներկայում ավտոճանապարհի տեղամասում երթեեկությունը վերականգնված Է, բայց ողջ ամբողջությամբ, քանի որ վթարի վայրում մնում են ուղեւորների իրերը:

Մոսկվայի ժամանակով ժամը 02:10-ին «Դոն» համերկրային ավտոմայրուղում՝ Ուզլովայայի շրջանում, կողաշրջվել է Մոսկվա-Երեւան երթուղով ընթացող Hyundai մարդատար ավտոբուսը: Ուղեւորների մեջ երեխաներ չեն եղել:

Դիտարկվում են ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարի երկու առավել հավանական պատճառներ. վարորդը քնել է ղեկին եւ փոխադրամիջոցի տեխնիկական անսարքությունը:

Ներկայում ավտոբուսի ուղեւորները գտնվում են ժամանակովր տեղավորման կետում, որն սկսել է գործել Ուզլովայայի «Յունոստ» կինոթատրոնի շենքում: Ռուսաստանի ԱԻՆ-ի Տուլայի մարզի գլխավոր վարչությունում բացվել է «թեժ գիծ»՝ 8(4872)21-16-09 հեռախոսահամարով:
