«Մուլտի գրուպ կոնցեռնի» աննախադեպ ներդրումը՝ վերջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում
SOCIETYԱրևային համակարգերի, ոսկու և կրիպտովալյուտայի արտադրություն, նոր հյուրանոցային համալիրներ, շինարարության ոլորտ, առևտրի կենտրոններ, զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանն ուղղված ահռելի ներդրումներ: Նշվածները վերջին մի քանի տարիների ընթացքում «Մուլտի գրուպ կոնցեռնի» կողմից իրականացված ծրագրերի ընդամենը մի մասն են:
Ցանկը կարելի է ոչ միայն շարունակել, այլև խոսել նոր նախագծերի մասին, որոնք կրկին մեծաքանակ ներդրումների ու նորանոր աշխատատեղերի մասին են վկայում:
«Մուլտի գրուպ կոնցեռնը»` Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորությամբ տվել է միանգամից մի քանի խոշոր ներդրումային նախագծերի մեկնարկը:
Հայաստանը շուտով կունենա հերթական գերժամանակակից մարզաբազան: Այն կկառուցվի Ծաղկաձորում՝ արդյունքում կկատարվի 70 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրում: Նոր համալիրը նախատեսված կլինի ինչպես հենակետային, այնպես էլ մյուս բոլոր մարզաձևերի համար: Մարզահամալիրում գործելու է հյուրանոցային երկու մասնաշենք: Հյուրանոցային մասնաշենքերը կկարողանան միաժամանակ հյուրընկալել ավելի քան երեք հարյուր մարզիկի:
«Մուլտի գրուպ կոնցեռնի» շնորհիվ Ծաղկաձորի այցեքարտը համարվող ճոպանուղին նորովի ներկայացավ և ամբողջովին բարենորոգվեց: Ունեցանք միջազգային չափորոշիչներին համապատասխանող 20, ինչպես նաև նոր գիշերային դահուկուղի, որն էքստրիմի սիրահարների նախընտրելի վայրն է դարձել:
Տուրիզմի ոլորտում կատարված ներդրումները տվել են իրենց ցանկալի արդյունքը և դարձել օրինակ՝ նոր ծրագրերի իրականացման համար. Ջերմուկ քաղաքում աննախադեպ առողջարանային համալիր է կառուցվում, որի ներդրման ծավալը կկազմի 5 մլն դոլար:
Իսկ ահա Աբովյան փողոցում շուտով կհայտնվի աշխարհահռչակ հյուրանոցային այնպիսի ցանց, ինչպիսին «Կեմպինսկին» է: «Կեմպինսկի» 5 աստղանի լյուքս դասի հյուրանոցային համալիրի ներդրումների նախնական ծավալը կգերազանցի 100 միլիոն դոլարը:
Վերջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում՝ 2015 թվականից մինչ օրս, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորությամբ «Մուլտի գրուպ կոնցեռնն» աննախադեպ ներդրում է կատարել՝ նպաստելով Հայաստանի տնտեսության բոլոր ճյուղերի զարգացմանն ու հազարավոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծմանը: Տարբեր ոլորտներում կատարված ավելի քան մեկ միլիարդ 200 մլն դոլարի ներդրման մասին է խոսքը: Նման ներդրում մինչ օրս և ոչ մի անհատի կամ կազմակերպության կողմից չի կատարվել:
