Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կայացած աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, զեկուցվել է, որ ի կատարումն քաղաքապետի հանձնարարականի` սահմանամերձ գոտիներում ծառայող երևանաբնակ ժամկետային զինծառայողների ծնողների զորամասեր այցելելու՝ արդեն ավանդական դարձած ծրագրի կազմակերպման և ժամկետների հստակեցման նպատակով արդեն իսկ կայացել են քննարկումներ ՀՀ ՊՆ և համապատասխան կառույցների հետ: 

Քաղաքապետի գլխավոր խորհրդական Վանո Վարդանյանի փոխանցմամբ՝ սկսվել են անհրաժեշտ նախապատրաստական բոլոր աշխատանքները՝ ապրիլի 27-ին երևանաբնակ ժամկետային զինծառայողների ծնողների հերթական այցելությունը պատշաճ կազմակերպելու համար: Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանձնարարել է կազմակերպական աշխատանքները պահել ամենօրյա հսկողության ներքո և հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել, որպեսզի իրենց զինվոր որդիներին այցելելու ցանկություն ունեցող բոլոր ծնողներն ընդգրկվեն ծրագրում:
Աշխատակազմի արտաքին ձևավորման և գովազդի վարչության պետը զեկուցել է, որ ի կատարումն քաղաքապետի հանձնարարականի՝ ՀՀ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության հետ համատեղ ապամոնտաժվել և տեղափոխվել են մայրաքաղաքի խաչմերուկներում տեղադրված դեղատների կանաչ լուսավորությամբ ցուցանակները: 
Զեկուցվել է նաև, որ ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ՝ թարմացման կամ փոխարինման ենթակա ցուցանակները վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ: Մասնավորապես, քաղաքապետարանի կողմից տեղադրված շուրջ 80 ուղեցույց-վահանակների մասով այդ աշխատանքներն արդեն ավարտվել են: Մասնավոր հատվածի կողմից տեղադրված վահանակների մասով էլ աշխատանքներն ընթացքի մեջ են:
Աշխատանքային խորհրդակցությանը զեկուցվել է նաև, որ «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերությունը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աջակցությամբ շարունակում է մայրաքաղաքի գլխավոր ու երկրորդական փողոցների անձրևընդունիչ համակարգերի մաքրման աշխատանքները: Հաշվի առնելով մարտի 24-ի ուժեղ քամու հետևանքով հեղեղատար համակարգ լցված բերուկների հետևանքով հնարավոր խցանումների առաջացման վտանգը՝ քաղաքապետը հանձնարարել է մեկ անգամ ևս ուսումնասիրել հեղեղատար համակարգերն ու անհրաժեշտության դեպքում իրականացնել դրանց մաքրման աշխատանքներ՝ հեղեղատարների լիարժեք թողունակությունն ապահովելու համար:
Աշխատակազմի բնապահպանության վարչության պետն էլ զեկուցել է, որ մայրաքաղաքի այգիներում և պուրակներում շարունակվում են խոտհունձն ու ծառերի սանիտարական էտը: Զուգահեռաբար նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ են տարվում մարտի 31-ին համաքաղաքային ծառատունկն ու շաբաթօրյակը պատշաճ կազմակերպելու համար՝ դրանցում ներգրավելով նաև պետական և մասնավոր կառույցներին:
