Երեւանը գնում է ջրհեղեղին եւ այլ աղետներին ընդառաջ

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Ասում են՝ հայի հետին խելքը մերը լինի. մենք ամեն անգամ դա ապացուցում ենք, մեր քաղաքաշինությամբ ավելացնում ենք ջրհեղեղի եւ այլ աղետների ռիսկերը»,- երեկ մեզ ասաց «Հանուն կայուն մարդկային զարգացման» ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Կարինե Դանիելյանը ՝ անդրադառանալով այն հարցին, թե արդյոք Թբիլիսիի աղետը կարող է սպառնալ Երեւանին՝ հաշվի առնելով սելավային ռիսկերը, դրենաժային համակարգը:
«Մոլորակը սկսել է ակտիվ պատասխանել մարդու քայքայիչ գործունեությանը եւ փորձում է դաստիարակել , չստացվի կոչնչացնի»,- նշեց նա՝ մանրամասնելով, որ Երեւանը երկու սելավատար ուներ. մեկը՝ Հրազդանը, մյուսը՝ նրա վտակ Գետառը: Գետառի փակումը Երեւանի համար ճակատագրական խնդիր է, որի մասին քաղաքապետարանին բազմաթիվ անգամ զգուշացվել է, սակայն հիմա վտակի հաշվին տրանսպորտային հանգույցներ կան, սրճարաններ. «Առանց այն էլ դրենաժային համակարգը լավ վիճակում չէ, որոշ տեղերում խցանված է: Գետառի փակվելը նպաստեց, որ Երեւանում սելավների վտանգը բարձրանա, առավել եւս , որ 40-50-ականներին եղել է, կլիմայի փոփոխությունն էլ ավելացնում է ռիսկերը»:
Ըստ Կ. Դանիելյանի ՝ մեր քաղաքաշինության մեջ նման բաները հիմա հաշվի չեն առնվում, լրիվ հակառակը՝ անտեսվում են. «Կլիմայում դեստաբիլիզացում է տեղի ունեցել եւ՛ տարածքային, եւ՛ ժամանակային առումով: Կարող է գարնանը չունենանք անձրեւներ, բայց հանկարծ հուլիսին ունենանք, կամ երկար ժամանակ երաշտ լինի, հետո միանգամից մեծ քանակությամբ անձրեւներ լինեն»:
Ընդհանրապես Հայաստանում սելավային ռիսկերը, ըստ բնապահապանի, ավելացել են նաեւ շատ տարածքներում անտառազրկման պատճառով, ՀԷԿ-երի, ՋԷԿ-երի պայթյունների հետեւանքով: Կարինե Դանիլյանը նկատեց, որ լուրջ ուսումնասիրության առարկա պիտի լինի նաեւ այն, թե արդյոք օր օրի ավելացող նորակառույց շենքերը պատրաստ կլինեն դիմագրավել աղետը:
Բնապահապանը նաեւ նկատեց, որ մտահոգիչ է այն, որ դպրոցներում, մանկապարտեզներում եւ կարեւոր այլ հաստատություններում հիմա բացակայում են տարհանման այլընտրանքային ճանապարհները, դրանց փոխարեն շինություններ են:
