Կաշառք ստանալու և կաշառք ստանալուն օժանդակելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են մաքսային տեսուչներ
SOCIETYՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից կաշառք ստանալու և նրանց կաշառք տալու առերևույթ հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ բացահայտվել են կաշառքի դիմաց Վրաստանից տարբեր ապրանքների անօրինական ներկրումների դեպքեր: Այս մասին Past.am-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Այսպես, ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության, ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության, ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի և ՀՀ ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների կողմից իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական-դատավարական գործողությունների և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ մի շարք ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ Վրաստանից ՀՀ տարածք առանց մաքսային հսկողության և սահմանված վճարումների տարբեր տեսակի ապրանքներ, այդ թվում` ավտոպահեստամասեր, կենցաղային իրեր և միրգ-բանջարեղեն ներկրելու նպատակով Բագրատաշենի մաքսային կետում ծառայություն իրականացնող ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ մաքսային տեսուչներին պարբերաբար կաշառք են տվել:
Մասնավորապես, քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ հիշյալ մաքսային կետում ծառայություն իրականացնող մաքսային տեսուչը Վրաստանից տարբեր ապրանքների անօրինական ներկրմամբ զբաղվող տարբեր քաղաքացիների օգտին ակնհայտ ապօրինի գործողություններ է կատարել. առանց օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ապրանքները զննելու և հայտարարագրելու, ինչպես նաև առանց մաքսատուրքի վճարման նրանց թույլատրել է ապրանքներ ներկրել ՀՀ տարածք: Դրա դիմաց մաքսային տեսուչն ինչպես անձամբ, այնպես էլ նույն մաքսային կետում ծառայություն իրականացնող ավագ մաքսային տեսուչի օժանդակությամբ վերը նշված քաղաքացիներից պահանջել և ստացել է կաշառք:
ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի որոշմամբ մաքսային տեսուչը ձերբակալվել է խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու, իսկ ավագ տեսուչը` դրան օժանդակելու կասկածանքով:
Վերը նշված հանցագործության բոլոր հանգամանքները բացահայտելու և դրանում ներգրավված բոլոր անձանց գործողություններին անհրաժեշտ իրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ իրականացվում են անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ ու օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ:
