Ադրբեջանը Ռուսաստանից «մահաբեր զենքի» նոր խմբաքանակ է գնել, ինչի մասին հաղորդում է eadaily.com-ը՝ հղում անելով haqqin.az կայքին:

Խաղաղության խնդիրների հետազոտությունների Ստոկհոլմի միջազգային ինստիտուտը (SIPRI) հրապարակել է 2016-2017 թթ. զենքի արտահանման վերաբերյալ զեկույցը: Փաստաթղթում ընդգրկված է նաև այն զենքը, որը նշված ժամանակահատվածում հասել է Ադրբեջան ու Հայաստան:

Զեկույցի համաձայն, վերջին երկու տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստան է ներկրվել 124 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողությամբ զենք՝ զբաղեցնելով զենքի ներմուծման առումով աշխարհում 54-րդ հորիզոնականը: Նույն ժամանակահատվածում Ադրբեջանը գրեթե հինգ անգամ ավելի շատ զենք է ձեռք բերել `551 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով: Նշված է, թե SIPRI-ի տվյալները հիմնված են բաց աղբյուրներից ստացվող տեղեկատվության վրա:

Զեկույցը հաստատում է, որ Հայաստանը սպառազինության հարցերում լիովին կախված է Ռուսաստանից: 2017 թ. Հայաստանը զենք է ներմուծել միայն Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից: Հայաստանը 2016-2017թթ. Ռուսաստանից ձեռք է բերել «Սմերչ» տեսակի 6 միավոր ռեակտիվ համազարկային-հակահրդեհային համակարգեր, 200 միավոր շարժական զենիթահրթիռային «Վերբա» համակարգ և «Կոռնետ» 9M133 հակահամաճարակային հրթիռային համակարգ:

Ըստ SIRPI-ի տվյալների՝ 2017 թ. Ադրբեջանն Իսրայելից ձեռք է բերել 4 հատ ռազմանավ՝ OPV-62, 40 հարվածային անօդաչու Orbiter սարք և 215 միավոր հակատանկային հրթիռներ՝ Spike-NLOS: Բացի այդ, Ադրբեջանը Չեխիայի Հանրապետությունից գնել է 10 միավոր 122 մմ հրթիռային սկավառակակիր՝ RM-70, Սլովակիայից էլ 18 միավոր 152 մմ ինքնագնաց հաուբից:

Ադրբեջանը մեծ քանակությամբ զենք է ներմուծել նաև Ռուսաստանից: Այսպես, հաշվետու ժամանակաշրջանի ընթացքում, Ռուսաստանը Ադրբեջանին վաճառել է 36 միավոր ծանր հրանետ «Արեւ» TOS-1A, 40 միավոր BTR-82A, 800 միավոր հակատանկային հրթիռներ: Նախորդ տարի Ռուսաստանը Ադրբեջան է «առաքել» նաև հրթիռային համակարգերի մեծ քանակ, ինչը հաստատվել է Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից:

Թեև համալիրների թիվը չի բացահայտվել, հայտնի է, որ Ադրբեջանը տասնյակ «Քրիզանթեմ-Ս» հրթիռներ է ստացել: Ներկայում պարզ է դարձել, որ այդ համալիրների համար ձեռք բերված հրթիռների քանակը 800 է:

Ադրբեջանական պորտալի վերլուծաբանները SIPRI-ի զեկույցի իրական սենսացիան համարում են այն, որ Բաքուն Ռուսաստանից ձեռք է բերել նաև ավելի քան 36 միավոր ծանր հրանետ՝ «Solntsepek» TO-1A մակնիշի: 2013-2014թթ. այլ ռազմական տեխնիկայի հետ միասին Ռուսաստանից Ադրբեջան է ներկրվել ևս 18 միավոր «Solntsepek»: Այս կործանիչները, որոնք հայտնի էին որպես «դժոխային ​​զենք», սահմանափակ կերպով օգտագործվել էին 2016 թ. ապրիլյան պատերազմում:
