Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը կնոջ՝ Արմիկի հետ ծանոթացել է համալսարանում սովորելու տարիներին. «Նրա հետ ծանոթացա իմ ուսանելու վերջին տարվա ընթացքում: Նա դեռ մի քանի տարի ուներ, որ ավարտեր: Մենք ամուսնացանք 1996թ. հոկտեմբերին»,- պատմում է Յիրիկյանը:

Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանի կինը նրան պարգեւել է երկու զավակ. դուստր Սարիին եւ որդուն Նարեկին։

«Երբ առաջին անգամ եկա Հայաստան` 2001թ. օգոստոսին, մենակ էի: Հետո նույն թվականի նոյեմբերին ընտանիքով եկանք: Սկզբից աշխատում էի Ղարաբաղում: Աղջիկս 18 ամսական էր եւ շատ հաճախ էր հիվանդանում: Կամաց-կամաց մեր տունը դեղատուն էր դառնում: Երբ 2004թ. նոյեմբերին լիցենզիան ստացանք Հայաստանում, ինձ համար շատ ծանր էին այդ ամիսները, որովետեւ շաբաթական երկու-երեք անգամ գնում էի Ստեփանակերտ ու ետ գալիս: Կարծես կյանքս ճանապարհի վրա էր անցնում: Արդեն 2005թ. ապրիլին տեղափոխվեցինք Երեւան»,- պատմում է Յիրիկյանը։

Նա  ժպտալով պատմում է, թե ինչպիսի հաճույքով է իր տղայի հետ խաղալիքներով խաղում: «Ամեն մեկի հետ պետք է խոսել իր լեզվով»,-ասում է նա։

Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանի կինը հաճախ է ամուսնու հետ մասնակցում բարեգործական ընթրիքներին։

Իրենց ամուսնության ոսկե որոշումներից մեկը Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը համարում է Հայաստան տեղափոխվելը։

Առիթներից մեկում պարոն Յիրիկյանը խոստովանել է, որ իր կնոջ հետ հանդիպման առաջին շրջանում փորձել է տպավորություն թողնել նաև օգտագործելով իր խոհարարական հնարքները:
