Վերջերս բացահայտվեց տենդերի մրցույթի անցկացման և արդյունքների կեղծման մի դեպք, որը տարատեսակ քննարկումների առիթ տվեց՝ իր հետ բերելով բազմաթիվ շղթյական զեղծարարությունների բացահայտումներ՝ բազմաթիվ մութ կողմերով։ Աղմկահարույց դեպքը կապված էր ՀՀ-ում տեղակայված ՌԴ սահմանապահ զորքերի համար կարագի մատակարարման տենդերի խայտառակ պատմության հետ, երբ ամենացածր գին առաջարկած հայ-բելառուսական «Ար-Բե» ընկերության անունից ներկայացված կեղծ հայտի ֆոնին /անհամեմատ բարձր գին առաջարկած/ մեկ այլ կազմակերպություն շահեց տենդերը։ Բազմաթիվ բողոքների ու բարձրացրած աղմուկի հետքերով գնալով՝ պարզվեց, որ տենդերների կեղծումը սահմանապահ զորքերի մատակարարների հանդեպ աննախադեպ երևույթ չէր, և նման դեպքերը սովորական բնույթ են կրում։ Բավական է նշել միայն պահածոյացված մսի (тушенка) տենդերների հաղթողներին որոշելու գործընթացները: Փաստացիորեն նմանօրինակ մութ գործարքների բազմաթիվ դեմքեր են գրանցվել՝ իհարկե ռազմաբազայի հրամանատարաության բարձր հովանու ներքո։ Գլխավորապես շահարկվում էր գեներալ Ալեքսանդր Միխեևի անունը, ով թողած զինվորական գործը՝ զբաղվում է ռուսական պետության գումարները շորթելով։ Այս անգամ, կարծես կեղծարարների «բախտը չբերեց», և կեղծիքի արդյունքում տուժած կողմը՝ հայ-բելառուսական «Ար-Բե» ընկերությունը, չհանդուրժելով օրինազանցության արդյունքում ստեղծված իրավիճակը, հետևողական եղավ դեպքի բացահայտման գործում։ Ինչի արդյունքում ոչ միայն բացահայտվեց, որ այսպիսի բան է տեղի ունեցել, այլև տենդերի հանձնումը կասեցվեց՝ ևս մի անգամ փաստելով, որ կեղծիքը տեղի է ունեցել։ Նմանօրինակ դեպքերի համար կասեցումը շատ փոքր, անգամ չնչին պատիժ է։ Երբ խախտվում է օրենքը, այն էլ ռազմական գործի ոլորտում, այն էլ զինվորական հրամանատարի գործուն մասնակցությամբ: Ավելի խիստ ու գործնական քայլեր են հարկավոր՝ ընդհուպ մինչև կոչումից զրկել ու պաշտոնանկություն։ Մի բան, որը խիստ անհրաժետ է, որ այլևս նման դեպքեր չկրկնվեն ու մի քանիսը չհարստանան պետության ու զինվորների հաշվին։
