14 համայնքից 12-ում մեկական թեկնածու կա
SOCIETYԱյս կիրակի՝ մարտի 11-ին, համայնքապետի ընտրություններ տեղի կունենան 14 համայնքներում: Մեկնարկած քարոզարշավի ավարտին հաշված օրեր են մնացել, սակայն այդ քարոզարշավը քարոզարշավ անվանելը, մեղմ ասած, ավելորդ է: Բանն այն է, որ այդ 14 համայնքներից 12-ում մեկական թեկնածու կա: Այսպես կոչված մրցակիցներն ընթացքում աստիճանաբար «մաղվել» են՝ ինքնաբացարկ հայտարարել կամ հետ վերցրել թղթերը:
Համայնքները, որտեղ մեկից ավել թեկնածու կա, Լոռու մարզի Դեբետն է, որտեղ չորս թեկնածու կա, այդ թվում՝ գյուղի դպրոցի ուսուցիչն ու մշակույթի տան տնօրենը, և Արարատի մարզի Նորամարգը, որտեղ երեք թեկնածու կա, որոնցից մեկը կրկին ուսուցիչ է, մեկն էլ՝ համայնքապետարանի առաջատար մասնագետ:
Արագածոտնի մարզի Դդմասար համայնքի ղեկավար Ռաշիդ Օսեյանը, ով արդեն չորրորդ անգամ է մասնակցում ընտրություններին որպես թեկնածու, Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ առաջադրվել է միայն այն պատճառով, որ գյուղը ամիսներ անց խոշորացվելու է: Սա մի քանի ամիսների աշխատանք է լինելու իր համար, հակառակ դեպքում՝ չէր առաջադրվի:
Նա նույնպես մնացել է առանց մրցակից: Սկզբից առաջադրվել էր նաև համայնքապետարանի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար, անկուսակցական Ռուբիկ Սադոյանը, ով, սակայն, որոշ ժամանակ անց փոշմանել էր և ինքնաբացարկ հայտարարել:
«Պետք է պարտադիր երկու հոգի առաջադրվեր, ինքը հրաժարական տվեց: Ես էի ուզում հրաժարական տալ, բայց նա չհամաձայնվեց: Քանի որ ես երկար եմ աշխատել, ինքը չհամաձայնվեց իմ որոշման հետ»,- ասաց գյուղապետը: Դիտարկմանը, թե կարող էիք երկուսով միաժամանակ թեկնածու մնալ, և արդեն համագյուղացիները կորոշեին՝ ով է լինելու գյուղապետ, Օսեյանը պատասխանեց. «Այո՛, բայց դե չէինք ուզում, որ հարևանների համար լավ ու վատ լինենք, դրա համար ուզում էինք մեկը լիներ»:
Ռաշիդ Օսեյանը գյուղը ղեկավարում է դեռևս 2003թ.՝ արդեն 15 տարի: Հարցին, թե չի՞ հոգնել այդ աշխատանքից, գյուղապետը պատասխանեց, թե, ճիշտն ասած, հոգնել է արդեն, բայց քանի որ մի քանի ամիս անց խոշորացում է լինելու, որոշեց թեկնածությունը դնել:
Խոշորացմանը ինչպես է նայում հարցին պատասխանեց, որ դա կառավարությունն է որոշում: Իսկ թե գյուղացիները ինչպես կքվեարկեն հարցն էլ անպատասխան թողեց՝ նշելով, թե՝ համայնքը գիտի: «Այսքան տարի, որ աշխատել եմ, շատ լավ եմ եղել համայնքի բնակիչների հետ: Ինչքան ընտրություն է եղել, ոչ մի անգամ դեմ չեն եղել: Եղել է, որ 2 կամ 3 հոգով ենք եղել, բայց ձայնն ինձ են տվել»,- հավելեց նա:
