Հայկական և ռուսական լրատվականները, ովքեր օրեր շարունակ բարձրաձայնում էին Հայաստանում տեղակայված ռուսական սահմանապահ զորքերի կողմից հայտարարված տենդերի և այն շահելու մութ պատմության մասին, ուշիուշով հետևում էին, թե ինչ արձագանքի կարժանանա բարձրաձայնվող խնդիրը, երբ անգամ կային բոլոր նախադրյալներն այդ ողջ գործընթացը կեղծիք համարելու համար: 
Ասենք ավելին, դա ոչ միայն կեղծիքի վառ դրսևորում էր, այլև ուժային կառույցում իրականացված կոռուպցիոն հերթական գործողություն, որը սակայն շահագրգիռ կողմերի միջամտության և հետևողական լինելու պարագայում, խափանվեց: Այսօր արդեն պարզ դարձավ, որ հայտարարված տենդերը չեղարկվել է առանց մեղավորների անուններ հրապարակելու, առանց որևէ մեկին պատասխանատվության ենթարկելով: Մինչդեռ փաստերով ապացուցվել էր, որ զորամասի հրամանատարությունը ինչ-որ կեղծ նամակի հիման վրա, որը հետագայում պարզվեց, որ բնավ կապ չունի տենդերին մասնակցող ԱՐ-ԲԵ ընկերության հետ, փորձել են շուրջ հարյուր միլիոն դրամ գրպանել: Սա հանցագործություն է, որի կիրառման մեխանիզմները կոնկրետ տենդերների հետ կապված, արդեն իսկ կարելի է համարել բացահայտված, եթե իհարկե գործին ընթացք տրվի: Եթե պատկան մարմինները չեն կարողանում բացահայտել թե իրականում ո՞ւմ կողմից է ուղարկվել կեղծ նամակը` այդկերպ սկիզբ դնելով այս մախինացիային, ապա այս պատմության մեջ շահագրգիռ կողմը՝ ԱՐ-Բե հայ-բելոռուսական համատեղ գործակցություն ծավալող ընկերությունը էլ. փոստի հասցեն տրամադրելուց հետո ընդամենը րոպեների ընթացքում կկարողանա տալ այդ կեղծ նամակի հեղինակի անունը: Միայն տենդերի չեղարկելը հարցի լուծում չէ, քանի որ եթե գործին ընթացք չտրվի, կստացվի, որ բացահայտված հանցագործությունը կոծկվում է հենց պատկան մարմինների կողմից և նման արատավոր երևույթները տեղի են ունենում իրենց իմացությամբ: Դա արդեն լրջագույն միջազգային սկանդալի տեղիք կտա, ինչը կարծում ենք բացարձակ ձեռք չի տալիս կողմերից և որևէ մեկին:
Ամեն ինչ շատ պարզ է և շատ հեշտությամբ կարելի կլինի գործը բացահայտել: Կասկածյալների շրջանակը շատ նեղ է, իսկ նման դեպքերում գործը բացահայտելը՝ մեղավորին պատասխանատավության ենթարկելը, բավականին դյուրին գործ է, մնում այդ ամենն իրականացնելու ցանկություն ունենան պատկան մարմիններն՝ այդկերպ արտահայտելով տրամադրվածությունը թալանի և կեղծարարությունների դեմ ուղղված: Հուսանք մոտ օրերս արդար դատավճռի մասին տեղեկատվությունը նույն տեմպերով կտարածվի համացանցում, ինչը եղավ այս կոռուպցիոն պատմության դեպքում:
