Գանձակում անցկացված փռի փառատոնում ներկայացվել են 200 ուտեստներ

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գանձակ գյուղում մարզի պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ կազմակերպվեց կարտոֆիլի փռի փառատոն, որին մասնակցեցին ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը, Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետի տեղակալ Անդրանիկ Հակոբյանը, Գեղարքունյաց թեմի առաջնորդական տեղապահ Կիրակոս վարդապետ Դավթյանը, շրջակա համայնքների ղեկավարներ , մայրաքաղաքից և այլ մարզերից հրավիրված բազմաթիվ հյուրեր:
5 տաղավարներում ներկայացված էին կարտոֆիլից պատրաստվող մոտ 200 ուտեստներ: Սեղանները ծանրացած էին նաև կաղամբից և տարբեր բանջարներից պատրաստված թթուներով, խնոցու կարագով, Քյավառի քյուֆթայով և ձկնեղենով, որոնք սովորաբար մատուցվում են եփված կարտոֆիլի հետ:
Դաշտամիջյան ևս 10 տեղերում վառվում էր աթարի փուռը, որի մեջ եփված կարտոֆիլը մատուցվում էր փառատոնի մոտ 3 հազար մասնակիցներին: Փառատոնը բացեց Գանձակի գյուղապետ Վանիկ Հարությունյանը: «Հարգարժան հյուրեր, շնորհակալ եմ մեր համայնք այցելելու և հրավիրված փառատոնին առանձնակի շուք տալու համար: Այս փառատոնը գալիս է հաստատելու, որ կարտոֆիլի փուռը շատ վաղուց մեր կյանքի ու մեր մշակույթի մի անբաժան մասն է, մեր այցեքարտը, իսկ այս պահից սկսած` մեր բրենդը: Եթե աթարով եփած կարտոֆիլը մեր մշակույթ ու կենցաղ մտել է մոտ 1-1.5 դար առաջ, ապա աթարը` որպես վառÕ �լիք, մեր կենցաղի անբաժան մասն է եղել հազարամյակներ շարունակ, քանի որ մեր ժողովուրդը բնակվել է բարձր լեռնային ծառազուրկ գոտիներում, որտեղ տաքանալու և ճաշ եփելու միակ միջոցը եղել է աթարը: Իսկ նրա մեջ եփած կարտոֆիլն իր համով ու հոտով տարբերվում է փայտով կամ վառելիքի այլ միջոցներով եփվածից:
Մեր համայնքում տարեկան արտադրվում է մինչև 5000 տոննա կարտոֆիլի համախառն բերք, որից 3 հազարը պարենային կարտոֆիլն է, մոտ 1000 տոննան՝ ներքին սպառման և 1000 տոննան՝ սերմացուն: Ավելի քան մեկ դար մեր մարզում արտադրված կարտոֆիլը հեղեղել է Անդրկովկասի, Միջին Ասիայի, իսկ այսօր՝ Իրանի, Վրաստանի և Ռուսաստանի շուկաները: Այն մեր ապրուստն ու ապրելակերպն է, և մենք պետք է պահպանենք ու զարգացնենք մեր ձեռքբերումները: Այս փառատոնով մենք ճանաչելիության նոր հեռանկարներ ենք բացում մեր հյուրերի և գործընկերների համար: Այսօր արդեն կնքել ենք մի քանի պայմանագրեր մեÖ € համայնքում արտադրված կարտոֆիլի իրացումը շահավետ գներով կատարելու ուղղությամբե,- նշեց համայնքի ղեկավարը:
Փառատոնն ուղեկցվում էր երգով ու պարով, որը ներկաներին մատուցում էին մայրաքաղաքից հրավիրված «Մարաթուկե անսամբլի անդամները: Փառատոնը կազմակերպվել էր Գանձակի գյուղապետարանի և «Վորլդ Վին Հայաստանե կազմակերպության համատեղ նախաձեռնությամբ և միջոցներով: «Առաջին անգամ մենք համտեսեցինք չորացած աթարի մեջ եփած կարտոֆիլը, որը շատ դուրեկան համ ունի: Ոչինչ, որ մի քիչ մրսեցինք ցուրտ եղանակին, մի քիչ էլ մրոտվեցինք, բայց շատ հաճելի, բովանդակալից օր անցկացրինքե,-նշեցին մայրաքաղաքից ժամանած մի խումբ հյուրեր:
