Հայաստանում տեղակայված ռուսական սահմանապահ զորքերում տեղի ունեցած աղմկահարույց միջադեպը արդեն մի քանի օր է ինչ շրջանառվում է ոչ միայն հայկական այլ նաև ռուսական մամուլում: Բնավ պատահական չէ, քանի որ զորամասի հրամանատարության կողմից իրականացված գործողությունը անօրինական լինելուց զատ նաև կոռուպցիյի վառ դրսևորում է: Նման դեպքերում խնդրի վերաբերյալ լրատվական դաշտը շարունակական կերպով աղմկում է այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ պատկան մարմինները, այս դեպքում ռուսական կողմը համապատասխան պատժամիջոցներ չի կիրառում մեղավորների նկատմամբ: Այո խնդիրը մասշտաբային է այն առումով, որ կեղծիքի գլխավերևում կանգնածը դա զորամասի հրամանատար, գեներալ –լեյտենանտ Անատոլի Միխեյեվն է: Ամեն ինչ սկսվեց նրանից, երբ գեներալի անմիջական ներգրավածության արդյունքում, զորմասի կողմից հայտարարված տենդերը արդար կերպով շահած ընկերությունը՝ հայ-բելոռուսական համատեղ գործակցություն ծավալող, ուղղակի դուրս մղվեց մրցակցությունից, այդկերպ ճանապարհ բացելով գեներալի համար, որպեսզի նա այդ տենդերը, բնականաբար ավելի թանկ գնով, «վաճառի» այն ընկերությանը, որը այդ նույն ապրանքի վրա ծախսված հսկայական գումարը պետք է «ատկատի» տեսքով հետ վերադարձներ ռուս գեներալին: Բանից պարզվում է, որ տենդերը, որը հայտարարվել էր մոտ 40 տոննա զորամասին կարագ մատակարարելու համար, նախնական փուլում շահել է ԱՐ-Բե ընկերությունը կարագի կիլոգրամը 3390՝ ընդհանուր 135,600,000 միլիոն դրամով այն մատակարարելու առաջարկի հիման վրա: Սակայն, հետագայում, կեղծիքը սկսվում է նրանից, երբ իբր թե նույն Ար-Բե ընկերություն նամակ է հղել զորամասին, որում նշվում է, թե իրենք կարագի գինը բարձրացնում են հասցնելով այն 5325՝ ընդհանուր 213,000,000 միլիոն դրամի: Բնականաբար այդ նամակը զորմասի հրամանատարության կողմից հորինված միֆ է, որպեսզի կարողանան մրցակցությունից դուրս մղել Ար-Բե ընկերությանը: Այդ ամենից հետո, հայտնվել է մեկ այլ դեռևս անանուն ընկերություն, որը իբր թե տենդերը շահել է ուշադրություն 211,000,000 միլիոն դրամ առաջարկով: 
Ամեն ինչ շատ պարզ է, այդ 211,000,000 դրամը որոշել է գեներալը, որպեսզի կարողանա այդ ավել գումարները տնօրինի հենց ինքը: Ավելին, լուրեր են շրջանառվում նաև, որ տվյալ զորամասում, բոլոր մթերքների և այլ ապրանքների մատակարաման համար նախատեսված տենդերները շահվում են խելամիտ գներից գրեթե եռակի-քառակի անգամ ավելի շատ: Փաստորեն նման գործելաոճը ռուս գեներալի համար առօրեկան է:
Սակայն Ար-Բե ընկերությունն այս կապակցությամբ չի նահանջելու և գնալու է մինչև վերջ՝ պարզելու ողջ պատմությունն ու մեղավորներին պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար, ինչի կապակցությամբ էլ պատրաստակամ են դիմել անգամ ՌԴ կառավարությանը: 
Այս ամբողջ պատմությունը գեներալի համար այդքան էլ լավ չի դասավորվել և եթե մոտ ապագայում հարցը չկարգավորվի, ապա Հայաստանում տեղակայված ռուսական սահմանապահ զորքերը կունենան նոր հրամանատար: Իսկ Միխեյեվի ճակատագիրն առավել քան կանխատեսելի է:
