«Նաիրիտի» պարտատերը Ծարասարում ոսկի կորոնի
SOCIETYՄարտի 17-ին Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ակունքի համայնքապետարանի շենքում տեղի կունենան «Ինտեր Մայնինգ» ՍՊԸ կողմից ներկայացված Ծարասարի արմատական ոսկու հանքերևակման տարածքում երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրության շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության նախնական գնահատման հայտի վերաբերյալ հանրային երկրորդ քննարկումները:
«Ինտեր Մայնինգ» ՍՊԸ-ն հիմնադրվել է 2017 թ. տարեվերջին՝ դեկտեմբերի 14-ին: Հիմնադիրներն են Պարգև Պետրոսյանն ու Ավետիք Միքայելյանը: Պարգև Պետրոսյանի անունն առկա է նաև «Նաիրիտ գործարան» ՓԲ ընկերության պարտատերերի պահանջների նախնական ցուցակում, ինչի մասին տեղեկանում ենք կառավարության պաշտոնական հայտարարությունների կայքից: Ինչպես հայտնի է, Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի 2016թ. նոյեմբերի 28-ի վճռով «Նաիրիտ գործարանը» ճանաչվել էր սնանկ, և ընկերության սնանկության գործով կառավարիչ Կարեն Ասատրյանը ներկայացրել է ընկերության պարտատերերի պահանջների նախնական ցուցակը:
Նախագծից տեղեկանում ենք, որ Ծարասարի արմատական ոսկու երևակման տարածքում նախատեսվում է իրականացնել երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրության աշխատանքներ, որոնց նպատակն է պարզել մետաղների կորզման անթափոն, բնապահպանական տեսակետից մաքուր արտադրության կազմակերպության հնարավորությունը՝ արտադրական պոչերի լրիվ օգտագործմամբ, ինչպես նաև կատարել հանքաքարի քիմիական և տեխնոլոգիական հետազոտություններ լաբորատոր և գործարանային պայմաններում օգտակար հանածոյի որակական և քանակական գնահատականը տալու համար:
Աշխատանքները պետք է կատարի «ԻՆԹԵՐՆԵՅՇՆԼ ԳՈԼԴ» ՍՊԸ-ն: Աշխատանքներն իրականացվելու են վերգետնյա, մինչև 5 մ խորությամբ լեռնային փորվածքների և հորատանցքերի, երկրաբանական երթուղիների միջոցով, կկատարվեն հանքաքարի քիմիական, տեխնոլոգիական հետազոտություններ լաբորատոր և գործարանային պայմաններում:
Ծարասարի ոսկու երևակումը գտնվում է Գեղարքունիքի մարզում՝ Վարդենիսի լեռնաշղթայի արևմտյան-հյուսիս-արևմտյան լանջերում, Մասրիկ գետի ավազանում
վերին հոսանքներում: Հանքերևակումը գտնվում է Վերին Շորժա գյուղից 7,5կմ դեպի հարավ-արևելք և Վարդենիս քաղաքից 20կմ հեռավորության վրա:
Ըստ նախագծի՝ բնապահպանական միջոցառումների համար նախատեսվում է տարեկան մասնահանել 350 հազար դրամ:
