ՀՎԿ-ից դուրս գալու ցանկություն հայտնած կուսակցությունները մամուլից են իմացել համագումարի մասին

«Հայոց հայրենիք» կուսակցության ղեկավար Անահիտ Եղոյանն անդրադառնալով ՀՎԿ համագումարի ժամանակ հնչեցված մտքին, թե ՀՎԿ հիմնադիր կուսակցությունները միավորվելուց առաջ լուծարվել էին, նշեց, որ այն չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը, քանի որ ոչ մի կուսակցություն էլ չի լուծարվել:

«Լուծարման գործընթացն ուրիշ պրոցես է, վերակազմակերպման միջոցով նոր կուսակցություն հիմնադրելն ու ստեղծելը՝ բոլորովին այլ: Ու թեև բոլոր կուսակցությունները որպես իրավաբանական անձ դադարել էին գործել, սակայն Կուսակցությունների մասին օրենքի 34-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն,  ցանկացած ժամանակ վերակազմակերպման միջոցով կարող են կրկին առանձնանալ՝ նորից դառնալով իրավաբանական անձ: Այսինքն, մենք ոչ թե նորից պետք է վերագրանցվենք, այլ պետք է փորձենք վերականգնել մեր իրավունքները և շարունակենք այդ կարգավիճակով առաջ գնալ»,- Past.am-ին ասաց Ա. Եղոյանը:

Խոսելով ՀՎԿ համագումարին կուսակցությունների չմասնակցելու մասին՝ նա նշեց, որ արձագանքելով իրենց կուսակցությունների դիմումներին՝ ՀՎԿ-ն արտահերթ համագումար էր հրավիրել և հայտարարել, որ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով պատրաստ է տրամադրել բոլոր փաստաթղթերը: Բայց զարմանալին այն է նաև, որ ՀՎԿ հիմնադիր կուսակցություններից ոչ մեկը ՀՎԿ ո՛չ արտահերթ, ո՛չ էլ հերթական համագումարին մասնակցելու հրավեր չի ստացել:

Ի դեպ, «Կուսակցությունների մասին» օրենքում նշված է, որ այդ գործընթացն ավարտելուց հետո նոր միայն ՀՎԿ-ն կարող է միանալ ՕԵԿ կուսակցությանը:
«Արտահերթ համագումարի անցկացման մասին ոչ մեկիս տեղյակ չէին պահել, թեև մեր դիմումի պատասխանին էր այն վերաբերում: Մենք մամուլից տեղեկացանք, որ ՀՎԿ-ն նման որոշում է կայացրել՝ օրենքով հասանելիք փաստաթղթերը կուսակցություններին տրամադրել: Ես չեմ կարող ասել, թե ինչու մեզ չէին տեղեկացրել արտահերթ համագումարի մասին, չնայած օրենքով պարտավոր էին»,- ասաց Ա. Եղոյանը:

Ըստ քաղաքական գործչի, առանձնացող կուսակցությունները երկար քաղաքական ճանապարհ են անցել, մասնակցել են նախագահական, խորհրդարանական, ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին և քաղաքական ակտիվ պայքար են մղել տասը տարուց ավելի: Եվ իրենք չեն կարծում, որ ՀՎԿ-ից առանձնանալուց հետո կարող են մեկուսանալ քաղաքական անցուդարձից ու առանձին-առանձին գործունեություն ծավալել:
«Գործունեություն ծավալելու համար պարտադիր չի խորհրդարանական ուժ լինել: Մենք մշտապես էլ զբաղվում ենք ժողովրդին հուզող հարցերը բարձրաձայնելով: Իսկ հետագա քայլերի մասին որոշումներ կարող ենք կատարել առաջիկայում: Ինչ վերաբերում է հաջորդ ընտրություններին, ապա դեռ ժամանակ կա և ընտրություններից առաջ պարզ կլինի, թե ինչպիսի առաջարկներ ենք ստացել և ում հետ ենք ցանկանում համագործակցել»,- ասաց կուսակցության ղեկավարը:
