Ռուս գեներալի մախինացիան բացահայտվեց

Արդեն մի քանի օր է ինչ հայկական մամուլում ակտիվորեն քննարկվում է Հայաստանում տեղակայված ռուսական սահմանապահ զորքերի հրամանատարի կողմից անօրինական գործողության մասին տեղեկատվությունը: Խոսքը վերաբերվում է զորամասի կողմից հայտարարված 40 տոննա կարագի մատակարաման տենդերի շահելու գործընթացին, որը բացառապես ընթացել է անօրինական ճանապարհով՝ զորամասի հրամանատարի քմահաճույքին համապատասխան: Այս մասին արդեն խոսում են ոչ միայն հայաստանում, այլև արդեն նյութեր են հրապարակվել նաև ռուսական մամուլում, որտեղ ևս անդրադարձել են օրինազանց հրամանատարին և նրա կողմից իրականացված խարդախությանը:
Ամբողջ պատմությունը սկսել է այն բանից հետո, երբ տենդերը շահած՝ Ար-Բե հայ բելոռուսական համատեղ գործակցություն ծավալող ընկերությանը հաղորդագրություն է ուղարկվել, որ իրենց շահած տենդերը տրվել է մեկ այլ ընկերության, քանի որ իրենցից ավելի քիչ գին առաջարկող է եղել: Սակայն, մանրամասն ուսումնասիրելով ամբողջ պրոցեսը, պարզ է դառնում, որ դա հրամանատարության կողմից իրականացրած խարդախություն է, ինչի արդյունքում էլ տենդերը տրվել է իրենց համար նախընտրելի ընկերությանը, իրենց համար ցանկալի գումարների դիմաց: Սկզբնական փուլում Ար-Բե ընկերությունը, հայտ է ներկայացրել տենդերը շահելու համար, որում նշված է եղել, որ իրենք պատրաստ են կարագի մեկ կիլոգրամը մատակարարել 3390 և ընդհանուր 135.600.000 միլիոն դրամով: Սակայն, այս տարվա փետրվարի 19-ին, վերոնշյալ զորմասն իբր թե նամակ է ստացել Ար-Բե-ից, ինչը բնականաբար հերթական կեղծիքն է, համաձայն որի Ար-Բե-ն բարձրացրել է իրենց կողմից մատակարավելիք կարագի գինը հասցնելով այն 5325 և ընդհանուր 213.000.000դրամի: Այնուհետև իբր թե մեկ այլ ընկերություն առաջարկելով այդ 40 տոննա կարագը մատակարարել 211.000.000դրամով շահել է առաջարկված տենդերը:
Միանշանակ այստեղ ամեն ինչ պարզ է, զորամասի հրամանատարությունն է այս ամբողջը կեղծել, որպեսզի շատ հեշտ ճանապարհով, մրցակցությունից դուրս թողնեն Ար-Բե-ին, իրենց նախընտրելի ընկերության շնորհիվ միլիոններ աշխատելու նպատակով:
Սակայն հայ-բելոռուսական ընկերությունը, հատկապես բելոռուսական կողմի պնդմամբ պատրաստ են բողոք ներկայացնել զորամասի հրամանատարության դեմ, ընդուպ դիմելով մինչև ՌԴ կառավարությանը: Այս անգամ կարծես պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից իրականացված մախինացիան չի հաջողվել և շատ շուտ բացահայտվել է, ինչի կապակցությամբ էլ կարծում ենք բոլոր մեղավորներին կենթարկեն պատասխանատվության, դա բխում է հենց ռուսական կողմի շահերից:
