Արմեն Սարգսյանը օտարերկրյա ներդրողներին գրավելու համար անհրաժեշտ է համարում նախեւառաջ ներքին շուկայի զարգացումը
POLITICSՀայաստանի Հանրապետությունը վերջին տարիներին շատ ճիշտ քայլեր եւ քաղաքական որոշումներ է իրականացրել: Past.am-ը Ազգային ժողովում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 4-րդ նախագահի ընտրության հարցի քննարկման ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ նախագահի թեկնածու Արմեն Սարգսյանը:
«Հայաստանը դարձել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ, ինչը կարեւոր եւ նշանակալի երեւույթ է շատ պարզ պատճառով, որովհետեւ 3 մլն բնակչությամբ հանրապետությունը որեւէ մեծ ներդրողի համար հետաքրքրություն չի կարող ներկայացնել: Ներդրումները գնում են այնտեղ, որտեղ տարբեր նպատակներ կան, բայց նպատակներից մեկը հենց ներքին շուկան է:
Օրինակ՝ այսօրվա Իրանը միջազգային իր դժվար հարաբերություններով շատերի համար գրավիչ է, որովհետեւ մեծ շուկա է… Դառնալով ԵԱՏՄ անդամ՝ մենք շուկա ենք բացում, պատուհան դեպի 200-միլիոնանոց շուկա»,- ասաց Արմեն Սարգսյանը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ կարեւոր էր նաեւ Եվրամիության հետ նախորդ տարի կնքած Համապարփակ եւ ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագիրը, որը փաստեց՝ Հայաստանը տարածաշրջանում միակ երկիրն է, որ ճիշտ հարաբերություններ ունի Եվրամիության հետ եւ ուղղակի սերտ հարաբերություններ Ռուսաստանի, ԵԱՏՄ անդամ այլ պետությունների հետ:
Նրա դիտարկմամբ՝ սա հնարավորություն է, սակայն հնարավորությունից դեպի իրականություն դեռ հսկայական ճանապարհ կա:
«Այդ ճանապարհն է, որի մասին խոսում են՝ բացասական երեւույթների վերացում, այնպիսի վիճակի ստեղծում, որ մեր երկիրը գրավիչ դառնա: Դրա համար պետք է, որ մեր երկիրը լինի ազատ, ոչ կոռումպացված, ժամանակակից, ապագային նայող երկիր: Ներդրողներին, իմ բարեկամներին ես բերել եմ Էջմիածին, Մատենադարան, Գառնի, Գեղարդ, բայց մարդիկ հսկայական տպավորություններ են ստացել հենց երիտասարդների հետ շփումից: Դա լավագույնն է, որ մենք պետք է ցույց տանք, այսինքն՝ նրանք տեսել են մի ազգ, որը 21-րդ դարի ազգ է:
ՀՀԿ-ն և ՀՅԴ-ն ՀՀ 4-րդ նախագահի պաշտոնում առաջադրել են Արմեն Սարգսյանի թեկնածությունը: Խորհրդարանում ՀՀ 4-րդ նախագահի ընտրությունը տեղի կունենա մարտի 2-ին:
