Հայ-բելառուսական համատեղ գործակցություն ծավալող ընկերությունը, մասնակցելով Հայաստանում տեղակայված ռուսական սահմանապահ զորքերի կողմից հայտարարված տենդերին՝ շուրջ քառասուն տոննա կարագ մատակարարելու համար, այն շահել էր և բարեխղճորեն կատարում էր իր առջև դրված պայմանները: Սակայն այն բանից հետո, երբ սույն թվականի փետրվարի 19-ին, նույն զորմասի կողմից հայտարարվել էր, որ մեկ այլ ընկերություն է շահել տենդերն այս անգամ, ամեն ինչ շատ ավելի խորքային կերպով սկսվեց ուսումնասիրվել ոչ միայն հայկական և բելառուսական կողմերի կողմից, այլև այսօր արդեն պարզ դարձավ, որ թեմային անդրադարձ է կատարել նաև ռուսական լրատվական կայքերից մեկը, որի հրապարակած հոդվածում նշվում է այն մութ և անհասկանալի գործընթացի մասին, ինչը նման իրարանցման պատճառ է հանդիսացել: Իրականում ամեն ինչ սկսվել է նրանից, երբ զորամասի հրամանատարը, արձակուրդում գտնվելու ժամանակահատվածում, փոխանակ իր հանգիստը վայելեր կամ գոնե իր ենթակայության տակ գտնվող զինվորների խնդիրներին լուծումներ գտներ, չարաշահել է իր պաշտոնական լիազորությունները և միջամտելով այդ տենդերի շահման գործընթացին, այն «նվիրեբերել» է իրեն ցանկալի ընկերությանը, ինչից հետո էլ բնականաբար պետք է գրպաներ այն հսկայական գումարները, որոնք պետք է ստանային այս «ժուլիկության» արդյունքում: Փաստորեն հայ-բելոռուսական Ար-Բե ընկերությունը, մասնակցելով տենդերին հայտարարել է, որ այդ 40 տոննա կարագը կմատակարաի կիլոգրամը 3390՝ ընդհանուր 135.600.000 դրամով: Սակայն, իբր թե, վերոնշյալ զորմասը նամակ է ստացել նույն Ար-Բե-ից, որի մասին բնականաբար Ար-Բե-ում տեղյակ չեն, դա ուղղակի խաբկանք է, որում նշվում է, իբր թե ընկերությունը բարձրացրել է իր կողմից մատակարարվելիք կարագի գինը, այն հասցնելով 5325՝ ընդհանուր 213.000.000դր: Այդուհանդերձ հայտարարված տենդերը շահել է ինչ-որ անանուն ընկերություն 211.000.000դր առաջարկելով 40 տոննա կարագ մատակարերելու համար: Այս պրիմիտիվ «ժուլիկությունը» այն աստիճան ակներև է և էժանագին, որ դպրոցական երեխային էլ հասկանալի է, թե ուր են գնում շուրջ հարյուր միլիոն դրամ գումարները:
Այս կապակցությամբ սակայն, հայ-բելոռուսական ընկերությունը մտադիր է դիմել ռուսական բարձրադիր պետական մարմիններին, ընդհուպ մինչև կառավարություն, խնդիրը լուծելու, իսկ մեղավորներին նկատմամբ արդարացի պատիժ կիրառելու համար: Կարծում ենք, քանի որ սա այն դեպքը չէ, երբ պաշտոնյան կարողանում է կոծկել իրականությունը և արդյունքում կողմնակի եկամուտներ է ստանում, այլ բացահայտված դեպք է կարելի է ասել, որ շատ մոտ ապագայում խնդրիը կլուծվի և այդուհանդերձ ռուսական կողմը զերծ կմնա օրեցօր հասունացող, անցանկալի միջազգային սկանդալից:
