SOCIETYԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկը գործարկել է USSD ծառայությունը, որի միջոցով բանկի քարտապաններն
այսուհետ կարող են իրենց բջջային հեռախոսների միջոցով իրականացնել`
վերջին 4 գործարքներն ընդգրկող քաղվածքների ստացում
քարտի շտապ բլոկավորման հարցումներ
քարտի մնացորդի ստուգում
Ծառայությունը ներկայումս հասանելի է Բիլայն և ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ բջջային օպերատորների բաժանորդների
համար։ Յուրաքանչյուր հեռախոսահամարին կարող է կցվել առավելագույնը 5 քարտ (հաշվի են առնվում հաճախորդի
բոլոր քարտերը՝ թողարկված Արմենիան Քարդ համակարգի անդամ բանկերի կողմից):
USSD ծառայությունը կարող եք ակտիվացնել՝ զանգահարելով ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկի
քարտատերերի շուրջօրյա սպասարկման կենտրոն 010 31 99 99 կամ 010 31 88 99 հեռախոսահամարներով կամ
այցելելով բանկի մասնաճյուղ և լրացնելով համապատասխան դիմումը:
Ծառայությունից օգտվելու համար անհրաժեշտ է բջջային հեռախոսով հավաքել *116# հրահանգը և
առաջնորդվել USSD-ի մենյուի կողմից առաջարկվող տարբերակներով: Հարցման ուղարկումից հետո
հեռախոսահամարի բաժանորդին SMS հաղորդագրությամբ ուղարկվում է հարցված տեղեկատվությունը կամ
պահանջված գործողության (քարտի շտապ բլոկավորման դեպքում) հաստատումը:
Նշված ծառայությունից օգտվելիս յուրաքանչյուր ստացվող SMS հաղորդագրության համար գործում է 10 ՀՀ
դրամ սակագին, իսկ բջջային հեռախոսակապի օպերատորի կողմից քարտապանից որևէ գանձում չի կատարվում:
