Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խորհրդի նախագահ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոն հայտարարել Է, որ՝ ռուս-հայկական միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցությունն ամենաբարձր մակարդակի վրա է: Մասնավորապես, նրա խոսքով՝ երկու երկրների օրենսդիրները համակարգում են իրենց դիրքորոշումները եւ գործակցում միջազգային խորհրդարանական տարբեր հարթակներում, ինչպիսիք են, օրինակ, ԱՊՀ-ի երկրների Միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը, Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությա ն եւ Սեւծովյան տնտեսական համագործակցության խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովները, ինչպես նաեւ միջազգային խորհրդարանական համաժողովները: Բացի այդ, երկու երկրների խորհրդարանականների փոխգործակցության ամրապնդմանը նպաստում է ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի եւ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի համագործակցության միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի արգասաբեր աշխատանքը:

Ինչպես արդեն հաղորդվել Է, նոյեմբերի 2-ին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խորհրդի պատվիրակությունը՝ պալատի նախագահ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոյի գլխավորությամբ, երկօրյա պաշտոնական այցով ժամանում է Հայաստան:

Այցի ծրագրի համաձայն՝ Դաշնության խորհրդի խոսնակը բանակցություններ կվարի Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանի հետ, իսկ այնուհետեւ հանդիպումը կշարունակվի ընդլայնված կազմով՝ խմբակցությունների ղեկավարների, խորհրդարանական կոմիտեների նախագահների մասնակցությամբ:

Այցի ծրագիրը նախատեսում է նաեւ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոյի հանդիպումն ու զրույցը Հայաստանի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ: Պլանավորվում է, որ Դաշնության խորհրդի խոսնակը հանդիպում կունենա Հայաստանի վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հետ:

Պաշտոնական այցի շրջանակներում ՌԴ խորհրդարանի վերին պալատի պատվիրակությունը կմասնակցի «Ռուսաստան, Հայաստան, Եվրասիական տնտեսական միություն: Միջտարածաշրջանային համագործակցության նոր հեռանկարներ» հայ-ռուսական չորրորդ միջտարածաշրջանային համաժողովի բացմանը:

Ինչպես այցի նախօրյակին ՏԱՍՍ-ին պատմել է Դաշնության խորհրդի դաշնային կառուցվածքի, տարածաշրջանային քաղաքականության, տեղական ինքնակառավարման եւ Հյուսիսի գործերի կոմիտեի նախագահ Դմիտրի Ազարովը, Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի հանգուցային գործընկերներից մեկն է Անդրկովկասում: «Ռուսաստանի եւ Հայաստանի միջեւ տնտեսական եւ հումանիտար կապերի ամրապնդումը, ներդրումային եւ ենթակառուցվածքային նախագծերի իրագործումը, տարածաշրջանների եւ մունիցիպալիտետների մակարդակով փոխգործակցությանն աջակցումը թույլ կտան ամրապնդել տարածաշրջանի կայունությունը, աÕ �րապնդել ժողովուրդների միջեւ բարեկամական կապերը»,- ասել է խորհրդարանականը, որը նույնպես մտնում է ՌԴ խորհրդարանի վերին պալատի պատվիրակության կազմի մեջ:
