Արմեն Սարգսյանը երազում է Հայաստանը տեսնել դինամիկ զարգացող և ինտելեկտուալ երկիր
POLITICSՀայաստանի Հանրապետության 4-րդ նախագահի թեկնածու Արմեն Սարգսյանը երազում է, որ Հայաստանը դառնա դինամիկ զարգացող և ինտելեկտուալ երկիր: Արմեն Սարգսյանն այս մասին ասաց Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ նախագահի ընտրության հարցի քննարկման ընթացքում: «Հայաստանը՝ որպես միջազգային իրավունքի ինքնուրույն սուբյեկտ, պետք է ավելի ամրապնդի իր դիրքերը՝ որպես անկախ և ժողովրդավար պետություն»,- Past.am-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Արմեն Սարգսյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ ազգային և պետական կարևոր արժեք ու հիմնասյուն է մեր մայրենի լեզուն: Նրա խոսքով՝ այն բացառիկ դեր ու նշանակություն ունի հայեցի մտածողության և աշխարհըմբռնման ձևավորման հարցում:
Անդրադառնալով հայկական սփյուռքի խնդիրներին՝ Արմեն Սարգսյանն ընդգծեց, որ այն դինամիկ փոփոխությունների փուլ է անցնում և անընդհատ բախվում է նոր դժվարությունների: «Բավական է տեսնել, թե ինչ է կատարվում Միջին Արևելքում, միգրացիոն քաղաքականության փոփոխությունները, որ կատարվում են աշխարհում՝ ԱՄՆ-ից մինչև Լատինական Ամերիկա և Եվրոպա: Փաստ է նաև, որ սփյուռքի ներուժի փոքր մասն է միայն օգտագործվում Հայաստանի զարգացման համար: Հարկավոր է համակարգված աշխատանքներ տանել այդ հսկայական ներուժը կարևոր խնդիրների լուծմանն ուղղելու համար»,- նշեց Սարգսյանը՝ շեշտելով, որ այս գործում թե պետությունը, թե սփյուռքի կառույցները պետք է ունենան հստակ ծրագիր:
Ազգային ժողովի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցություն» և «Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն» խմբակցությունների 65 պատգամավորների գրավոր դիմումով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահի պաշտոնում առաջադրվել է Արմեն Վարդանի Սարգսյանը: Նախագահի ընտրության հարցի քննարկումը մեկնարկել է մարտի 1-ին, իսկ քվեարկությունը տեղի կունենա մարտի 2-ին:
