Նոբելյան մրցանակակիրները բաց նամակ են հղել Էրդողանին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՆոբելյան մրցանակի արժանացած 38 հայտնի անձինք բաց նամակ են հղել Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին՝ կոչ անելով ազատ արձակել երկրում ձերբակալված գրողներին ու վերականգնել օրենքի գերակայությունը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է Past.am-ը, բրիտանական The Guardian-ում հրապարակված բաց նամակում նրանք նշել են` «քանի դեռ Թուրքիան ազատ չի արձակել կալանավորված գրողներին և չի վերադարձել օրենքի գերակայությանը, այն չի կարող ազատ աշխարհի մաս լինել»:
«Հարգելի նախագահ Էրդողան, ցանկանում ենք Ձեր ուշադրությունը հրավիրել այն հանգամանքի վրա, թե ինչպես են լրագրողների ու մտավորականների անօրինական ձերբակալությունները և անիրավ դատապարտումը վնասել Թուրքիայի Հանրապետությանը, դրա հեղինակությանը, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացիների արժանապատվությանն ու բարեկեցությանը»,- այս տողերով են Նոբելյան մրցանակակիրները սկսել իրենց նամակը:
Հիշատակելով ԵԽ մարդու իրավունքների նախկին հանձնակատար Նիլս Մուժինեկսի՝ 2017 թվականին Թուրքիայում խոսքի և մեդիայի ազատության վերաբերյալ հրապարակումը, որում նա ընդգծել էր Թուրքիայում մարդու հիմնարար ազատությունների աղաղակող սահմանափակումների մասին՝ Նոբելյան մրցանակակիրները նշել են, որ 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերից թուրք նովելիստ և սյունակագիր Ահմեթ Ալթանի, նրա եղբայր՝ տնտեսագիտության պրոֆեսոր և ակնարկագիր Մեհմեթ Ալթանի, ինչպես նաև հայտնի լրագրող Նազլը Ըլըջաքի ձերբակալությունները ձախողված ռազմական հեղաշրջմանը հաջորդած ձերբակալությունների ալիքի շարունակությունն են:
Նամակի հեղինակներն ընդգծել են, որ վերոնշյալ անձանց դեմ իրավական գործընթացները խոսքի ազատության հարցերով ՄԱԿ-ի հատուկ զեկուցող Դևիդ Քայեն որակել է որպես «ցուցադրական դատավարություն»:
Նոբելյան մրցանակակիրները հիշեցրել են 2009 թվականին թուրք գրող Չեթին Ալթանին նվիրված երեկոյի ժամանակ Էրդողանի խոսքերն այն մասին, թե «Թուրքիան արդեն հին Թուրքիան չէ, որը մեծ գրողներին բանտարկում է, այդ դարաշրջանն արդեն անցյալում է»:
«Ելույթն ունկնդրողների շարքում էին նաև Չեթին Ալթանի երկու որդիները՝ Ահմեթը և Մեհմեթը: Ինը տարի անց նրանք դատապարտվեցին ցմահ ազատազրկման: Արդյոք դա ֆունդամենտալ հակասություն չէ՞»,- նշել են նամակի հեղինակները:
Նամակի վերջում նրանք փաստել են, որ արտահայտում են Թուրքիայում գտնվողների, Թուրքիայի դաշնակիցների և այդ երկրի մաս կազմող միջազգային կազմակերպությունների մտահոգությունը Թուրքիայում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումների վերաբերյալ:
«Մենք կոչ ենք անում դադարեցնել երկրում հայտարարված արտակարգ դրությունը, վերադառնալ օրենքի գերակայությանը և խոսքի ու մտքի բացարձակ ազատությանը»,- նշել են նրանք՝ ընդգծելով, որ միայն այդպիսով Թուրքիան կկարողանա դառնալ ազատ աշխարհի մաս:
