Տարիներ շարունակ մամուլն արձանագրել է, որ հեղուկ գազով լիցքավորված շարժական  լցակայանները օրենքի խախտումներով են շահագործվում: Նորություն չէ նաև այն, որ շատ դեպքերում դրանք այլ ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցի պատկանող պետհամարանիշներով են շրջում փողոցներում:

Որքան էլ զարմանալի է, սակայն բազմաթիվ հրապարակումները նախկինում պատկան կառույցների կողմից «ուշադրության» չեն արժանացել: Հավանաբար այն պատճառով, որ նախկինում դրանց իրական տերերին «կպնել» հնարավոր չէր: Բայց ինչպես երևում է, հիմա վերևից իջեցված հրահանգը հասել է ինչպես իշխանությունների յուրայիններին, այնպես էլ գազի բիզնեսով զբաղվողներին:   

Այս շրջանակներում ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության պետական շահերի պաշտպանության վարչության և ՀՀ դատախազության  տարածքային  ստորաբաժանումների կողմից ուսումնասիրվել է հեղուկ գազի շարժական լցավորման կայանների շահագործման տեխնիկական անվտանգության և ոլորտի օրենսդրության վիճակը և պարզել, որ շարժական գազալցակայանները, որպես արտադրական վտանգավոր օբյեկտներ, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով պետք է պարտադիր տեխնիկական անվտանգության փորձաքննություն անցնեն, բայց կան բազմաթիվ դեպքեր, որ դրանք շահագործվում են առանց նշված փորձաքննության ենթարկվելու և ռեեստրում գրանցվելու:

Բացի այդ, որոշները շահագործվել են ապօրինի վերասարքավորված, խոտանված, անգամ մեկ ուրիշ ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցի պատկանող պետհամարանիշներով:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը ԱԻՆ աշխատակազմի պետական հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության տեսչության, ՀՀ ոստիկանության և «Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության», ՀՀ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի տարածքային մարմինների «ուշադրությունը հրավիրել է» ապօրինի գործող, փորձաքննություն չանցած կամ անօրինական վերասարքավորված գազի շարժական լցավորման կայաններ շահագործող ֆիզիկական կամ իրավաբանական անձանց հայտնաբերելու, դրանց շահագործումը արգելելու, ոլորտը կարգավորող նորմատիվ ակտերի խախտումների դեպքում օրենքով սահմանված վարչական պատասխանատվության հարցերը լուծելու նպատակով:
