Ապագա վարչապետի նստավայրը կվերանորոգեն
SOCIETYԻնչպես հայտնի է, այս տարի Հայաստանում տեղի կունենան նախագահի և վարչապետի ընտրություններ: Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների արդյունքում նախագահի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած անձն այլևս լիազորությունների այն լայն շրջանակով օժտված չի լինի, ինչպես նախկինում էր: Մենք դառնում ենք խորհրդարանական երկիր, իսկ կառավարության ղեկավարը՝ վարչապետը, գլխավոր գործող անձը: Նախագահի թեկնածուի հարցն արդեն պարզ է ու հստակ, իսկ վարչապետի վերաբերյալ թեև կասկած չկա նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի թեկնածության շուրջ, բայց ամեն դեպքում հստակ ոչինչ չկա: Հստակ է միայն՝ այն, որ նախագահականը կտեղափոխվի այլ հասցե, իսկ ներկայի նախագահի նստավայրը կդառնա վարչապետինը: Սա ևս մեկ անգամ եկավ ամրապնդելու Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ իր աթոռին մնալու բառի ուղիղ և փոխաբերական իմաստները:
Բացի նրանից, որ երկրի ներկայի ղեկավարը չի ուզում ոչ մի կերպ լքել Բաղրամյան 26-ը, ցանկանում է ամեն դեպքում նոր պաշտոնը նոր ինտերիերով «դիմավորել»: Բանն այն է, որ ներկայի նախագահականի, իսկ որոշ ժամանակ անց՝ վարչապետի նստավայրի վերանորոգման և մի շարք փոփոխությունների համար պետական բյուջեից շուրջ 2 միլիոն դրամ կհատկացվի:
Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք կառավարության կայքի Մեկ անձից կատարվող գնումներ բաժնից՝ ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի կարիքների համար գրասենյակային սարքերի տեղադրման ծառայությունների ձեռքբերման և նախագահի աշխատակազմի կարիքների համար վերականգնման աշխատանքների համար նախագահի աշխատակազմը կվճարի համապատասխանաբար՝ 950 և 980 հազար դրամ: Նշված աշխատանքները կատարելու է «ՔԵՅՐ ԲԻԼԴԻՆԳ ՍԵՐՎԻԶԻՍ» ընկերությունը:
Աշխատակազմի կարիքների համար գրասենյակային սարքերի տեղադրման ծառայությունների համար կվճարվի 950 հազար դրամ, որը կվճարվի ամսեամիս 100 հազարական դրամի չափով: Պայմանագրի համաձայն՝ պարտքի մարման ժամկետը դեկտեմբերն է:
Այս ծառայությունները ներառում են օդորակիչների և օդափոխության համակարգերի վերանորոգման և տեխնիկական սպասարկման աշխատանքներ, այդ թվում՝ օդորակիչների, անվտանգության և հակահրդեհային համակարգերի տեղադրում:
Ամենից մեծ ծախսն այս աշխատանքներում օդորակիչների եռաքայլ փականի փոխարինման արդյունքում կառաջանա: Այն կարժենա 120 հազար դրամ: 100 հազար դրամ էլ կկազմի օդորակիչների արտաքին բլոկի ջերմափոխանակչի նորոգումը ապամոնտաժելով և մոնտաժելով՝ զոդելով և գազի լիցքավորումով: Օրինակ՝ օդորակիչների արտաքին բլոկի ապամոնտաժումը կարժենա 20 հազար դրամ, օդորակիչների ախտորոշումը՝ 10 հազար, իսկ օդորակիչների ներքին բլոկի օդամուղի մաքրումը՝ 25 հազար դրամ: 3-5 հազար դրամ գումար էլ կպահանջվի օդորակիչների խողովակների փոխարինման, զոդման, ֆիլտրերի մաքրման և այլնի համար:
Աշխատակազմի կարիքների վերականգնումը, որ գրեթե 1 միլիոն դրամի ծախս կպահանջի, իրենից ներկայացնում է նախագահական նստավայրի վերանորոգում: Թե այդ մեծ շենքի կոնկրետ որ հատվածն է վերանորոգվելու, պայմանագրից հասկանալ հնարավոր չէ: Սակայն պարզ է, որ վերանորոգում է նախատեսվում իրականացնել սանհանգույցներից մեկում: Բացի այդ, նախագահականի ներսում, ինչ-որ մի մասնաշենքում կամ աշխատասենյակում տեղի է ունենալու պատերի քանդում և ապամոնտաժում, այնուհետև՝ սվաղում, հարդարում ու ներկում, առաստաղների տեղադրում: Համաձայն պայմանագրի՝ նախատեսվում է նաև տեղադրել ալյումինե վիտրաժներ թրծված ապակուց:
