ՀՀ ԱԺ-ն միջազգային հանրությանը կոչ է անում դատապարտել Ադրբեջանի ոճրագործությունները. ընդունվեց հայտարարություն
POLITICSՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում մեկնարկած հերթական խորհրդարանական քառօրյա նիստի ընթացքում քննարկման դրվեց եւ միաձայն ընդունվեց բոլոր խմբակցությունների կողմից հեղինակված «Հայերի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի ոճրագործությունների դատապարտման վերաբերյալ» ՀՀ ԱԺ հայտարարության նախագիծը: Որպես հիմնական զեկուցող ելույթով հանդես եկավ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը՝ խորհրդանշական համարելով այն, որ խորհրդարանը այս հայտարարության նախագիծը քննարկում է հենց Սումգայիթյան ջարդերի 30-ամյակի օրը:
«Այս հայտարարությանը միացել են բոլոր քաղաքական խմբակցությունները, քանի որ սա այն կարեւոր հարցն է, երբ ներքաղաքական տարաձայնությունները գնում են երկրորդ պլան, առաջ է մղվում ազգային պետական շահերի հրամայականը»,- past.am-ի փոխանցմամբ ասաց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
Հայտարարության մեջ հստակ նշված են հայերի դեմ կատարված ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների բոլոր ոճրագործությունները, որոնք դիտարկվում են որպես հայ ժողովրդին իր բնօրրանից դուրս մղելու եւ ոչնչացնելու հետեւողական քաղաքականության դրսեւորում, որը դեռեւս սկիզբ է առել 1918 թվականից եւ շարունակական բնույթ է կրում:
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովը դատապարտում է խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրագործված զանգվածային բռնությունները, սպանությունները եւ տեղահանումները, ինչպես նաեւ հայատյաց ռասիստական քաղաքականությունը եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ սանձազերծած ագրեսիվ ռազմական գործողությունները, ոգեկոչում է անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակը եւ կոչ է անում խորհրդարաններին, խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովներին, միջազգային կազմակերպություններին, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությամբ զբաղվող կառույցներին դատապարտել խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի իրականացրած եւ շարունակվող ոճրագործությունները, միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքների խախտումներով, որոնք սպառնալիք են ոչ միայն հայ ժողովրդի, այլեւ ողջ տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության, կայունության եւ զարգացման համար»,-ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
Արմեն Աշոտյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ նախագիծը հասանելի է լինելու նաեւ օտար լեզուներով:
