SOCIETY2016թ.-ի ապրիլի 2-ից 6-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ԶՈւ անձնակազմի ընդհանուր կորուստները կազմել է 558 զոհված և 1293 վիրավոր զինծառայող: Վիրավոր զինծառայողներից 58-ը գտնվում են ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում: Զոհված 558 զինծառայողներից 52-ի անձը հնարավոր չէ նույնականացնել:
Զոհված զինծառայողներից 205-ը հանդիսանում են ՊՆ ՀՆշ ուժերի զինծառայողներ: Նրանցից 98-ը զոհվել են Թալիշ-Աղդարա (Մարտակերտ), 32-ը` Ֆիզուլի-Ջեբրայիլ, իսկ 75-ը` կենտրոնական ուղղություններով իրականացված հարձակողական մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ

Զեկուցում եմ Ձեզ, որ 2016թ.-ի ապրիլի 2-ից 6-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ԱՀ ԶՈւ անձնակազմի ընդհանուր կորուստները կազմել է 558 զոհված և 1293 վիրավոր զինծառայող: Վիրավոր զինծառայողներից 58-ը գտնվում են ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում: Զոհված 558 զինծառայողներից 52-ի անձը հնարավոր չէ նույնականացնել:
Զոհված զինծառայողներից 205-ը հանդիսանում են ՊՆ ՀՆշ ուժերի զինծառայողներ: Նրանցից 98-ը զոհվել են Թալիշ-Աղդարա (Մարտակերտ), 32-ը` Ֆիզուլի-Ջեբրայիլ, իսկ 75-ը` կենտրոնական ուղղություններով իրականացված հարձակողական մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ:
ԱՀ բնակչության շրջանում Զինված Ուժերի հանդեպ բացասական քննադատությունները, Բանակի անձնակազմի բարոյահոգեբանական ոգու հետագա անկումը և անձնակազմի խուճապային տրամադրությունները վերացնելու նպատակով առաջարկում եմ.
1. ԱՀ ԶՈւ-ի զոհված զինծառայողների դիերի փոխանցումը չիրականացնել միաժամանակ (շաբաթական մոտ 60):
2. Զոհված զինծառայողների մի մասի հուղարկավորության արարողությունները ծնողների հետ համաձայնեցնելով իրականացնել գիշերային ժամերին` վերահսկողության ներքո:
3. Զոհվածների ընտանիքներին ՊՆ հիմնադրամից հատկացնել 5000 մանաթ:
