Սերժ Սարգսյանը մերժել է ներման խնդրանքը
Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էր Past.am-ը` 2016 թ․ հուլիսին Սարի թաղում տեղի ունեցած բախումների հետևանքով ձերբակալված Էդուարդ Զեյթունցյանի կինը՝ Լալա Բեռնեցյանը, նախորդ շաբաթ նամակ էր ուղարկել ՀՀ նախագահին՝ խնդրելով ներում շնորհել ամուսնուն՝ համարելով, որ նա արդեն իսկ անցած մոտ երկու տարիների ընթացքում կրել է իր պատիժը կալանավայրում։
Լալայի նամակի պատասխանն արդեն իր ձեռքում է։ Երկրի ղեկավարին հղած նամակին ի պատասխան, ուր նա մանրակրկիտ նկարագրել էր իր ընտանեկան վիճակը, առանց ամուսնու անելանելի դրության մեջ լինելն ու ծայրը ծայրին հազիվ հասցնելու մասին, ստանում է հինգ տողանոց նախադասություն։
«ՀՀ նախագահին հասցեագրած դիմումի կապակցությամբ հայտնում եմ, որ Ձեր ներկայացրած հարցի վերաբերյալ ընթանում է դատաքննություն։
2005 թ․ փոփոխություններով ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 91-րդ և 97-րդ հոդվածների համաձայն՝ արդարադատությունն իրականացնում են միայն դատարանները․ արդարադատություն իրականացնելիս դատավորն անկախ է և ենթարկվում է միայն Սահմանադրությանը և օրենքներին»,- ասված է պատասխանի մեջ։ Այս տողերը կարդալով Լալան մի բանում հստակ համոզվել է՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այն չի կարդացել։
«Իմ նամակը երևի նախագահին չի էլ հասել, որովհետև հնարավոր չէ, որ նա կարդար և այսպիսի պատասխան ուղարկեր։ Ես համոզված եմ, որ նախագահին հասցեագրված մեր նամակները նախագահը ո՛չ կարդում է, ո՛չ էլ՝ տեսնում դրանք։ Ինչպես ուզում են, այնպես էլ տպում են, լղոզված տեքստերն ուղարկում։
Ես ներկայացրել եմ իմ սոցիալական վիճակը ամուսնուս ձերբակալությունից հետո, այսքանից հետո, թե ինչ առողջական խդիրներ ունեմ, այն, որ չեմ կարողանում դրանց լուծում տալ, քանի որ ամուսինս կողքիս չէ։ Նամակում խնդրել եմ ազատ արձակել նրան, որովհետև նա էլ է փոշմանել, որ իր ընտանիքը մենակ է մնացել։ Նշել եմ, որ չեմ կարող ոչինչ առանց իրեն անել։ Իսկ ինձ այսպիսի պատասխան են ուղարկում։
Նախևառաջ ՀՀ դատարանները անկախ չեն, նրանք չեն ենթարկվում Սահմանադրությանը, հետևաբար ես գիտեմ, թե ում են ենթարկվում և նամակս ում եմ ուղղում»,- նշեց Լալան։
