Հայաստանի չորրորդ հանրապետության նախագահն արդեն վաղուց հայտնի է։ Օրեր առաջ հրապարակվեց այն մասին, որ նախկին դեսպան Արմեն Սարգսյանը համաձայնել է ստանձնել այդ պաշտոնը։ Իսկ ներկայիս նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ վարչապետ դառնալու մասին պաշտոնական հայտարարությունը իշխող կուսակցությունը դեռևս չի արել։ Թե որն է նպատակը այս ձգձգումների, հայտնի է միայն ՀՀԿ-ին։ Սակայն քաղաքագետ Լևոն Շիրինյանը, ում խոսքով պարզից էլ պարզ է, որ վարչապետ կլինի Սերժ Սարգսյանը, պաշտոնական հայտարարության բացակայությունը կապում է Հայաստանում ձևավորված հակամշակույթի ոչ հաճելի ավանդույթի՝ ինտրիգ ու գաղտնիք պահելու հետ։

Ասում է, թե իմաստ չունեցող ինտրիգ են պահում, եթե իհարկե ֆորս-մաժոր չի լինելու, տարածաշրջանը՝ զարգացումներն ու մարտահրավերները, երկրի ներքին զարգացումը նկատի ունենալով։ Քաղաքագետի համոզմամբ՝ եթե պայմաններն այսպիսին մնան, ապա Սերժ Սարգսյանը վարչապետ կլինի, իսկ Կարեն Կարապետյանը՝ տնտեսական բլոկի գծով փոխվարչապետ, միաժամանակ նաև՝ առաջին փոխվարչապետ։ Չնայած այդպիսի պաշտոն չկա, բայց կհանձնարարեն Կարապետյանին։

«Ինտրիգը պահում են վերադասավորումներն անելու համար։ Քաղաքական իմաստով նոր արյուն է անհրաժեշտ ներարկել իշխանությանը։

Չորրորդ հանրապետության առաջին նախագահի թեկնածուն աշխարհով մեկ ման է գալիս, ըստ էության նախընտրական քարոզարշավ է իրականացնում, որի կարիքը չկա, որովհետև նրան ընտրում է խորհրդարանը, պարզապես լեգիտիմությունը բարձրացնելու նպատակ ունի»,- Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Շիրինյանը։

Հարցին, թե որքանո՞վ է հավանական, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը չի լինի վարչապետ, Շիրինյանը պատասխանեց՝ այսօրվա տվյալներով այդպիսի ենթադրության հիմք չկա։ Իսկ ՀՀԿ-ի լռությունը որքա՞ն կտևի հարցի շուրջ էլ կարծիք հայտնեց, որ հավանաբար առաջադրման վերջնաժամկետի նախօրյակին մոտ օրերին կհայտնեն արդեն։  

Ինչ վերաբերում է ինտրիգներ սիրելուն, Շիրինյանն  այլ օրինակներ էլ բերեց․ «Ինտրիգ չէ՞, երբ ասում են ապահով Հայաստան։  Մյուս կողմից էլ հիմա ակտիվ կերպով իշխանության վերաբաշխում է տեղի ունենում՝ նախարարներ, տեղակալներ, պատասխանատուներ, որովհետև իշխանության կառավարող վերնախավը հիմնականում ծերացել է, երկրորդը՝ այն իրեն բացարձակապես սպառել է, նույնիսկ հայոց լեզվով չեն կարողանում խոսել։

Իշխանությունը սպառել է իրեն։ Ապրիլյան պատերազմը ցույց տվեց, որ նույնիսկ ճգնաժամային իրավիճակներում բանի պիտանի չէ։ Դուք այդ օրերին իշխանությունից մարդ տեսնո՞ւմ էիք էկրաններին։  Մի հոդաբաշխ բան ասեին։ Հիմա շշուկով տարածում են, թե բոլորը գիտեին։ Բոլորն էլ չգիտեին, եթե գիտեին՝ թող ասեին։ Եթե գիտեին՝ չէին ասում, ինտրիգ է, եթե չգիտեին՝ ուրեմն պիտանի չեն։ Երկուսն էլ վատթար հատկանիշներ են։ Պետք է բեռնաթափվի իշխանությունը, որովհետև Հայաստանը կանգնած է լրջագույն խնդիրների առաջ։ Այս եղած կառավարական հատկանիշներով և որակով Հայաստանի հարցերը չեն կարող լուծել, մանավանդ եթե ստրատեգիական զարգացման ուղղությունը դեպի արդյունաբերություն կամ գիտություն չի փոխվելու»,- նշեց քաղաքագետը։
