Սմբատ Ավագյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
 
Այսօր օրաթերթերից մեկը մի թյուրիմացություն է հրապարկել, ըստ որի բանկերից մեկը անտոկոս վարկեր է տրամադրում, որպեսզի մարդիկ կարողանան օգտվել, մեջբերենք թերթի հոդվածից, «սաունայից, լողավազանից, սպա կենտրոնից եւ նմանատիպ այլ ծառայություններից»։ Նշենք, որ խոսքը գնում է Multi Wellness սպորտային կոմպլեքսի մասին։ 
Հետաքրքիրը և ամբողջ զավեշտը կայանում էնրանում, որ թերթը այս ամենը փորձում է ներկայացնել բացասական լույսի ներքո, այն դեպքում, երբ անգամ մեծ ցանկության դեպքում դրանում հնարավոր չէ որևէ բացասական կամ վատ բան տեսնել։ Այո՛, Multi Wellness սպորտային համալիրը համագործակցում է հայաստանյան բանկերից մեկի հետ՝ համալիրի ծառայություներից օգտվելու համար արտոնյալ պայմաններով վարկի տրամադրելու համար։ Բայց բանը նրանում է, որ տխմար լրագրողը, չգիտես ինչու, ֆիքսվել է հենց Multi Wellness-ի վրա, այն դեպքում, երբ նմանատիպ ծառայություններ վաղուց անում են նաև Երևանի այլ սպորտային կենտրոնները ևս սակայն բարձր տոկոսադրույքներով, սակայն հրապարակած նյութում այս մասին ոչինչ գրված չէ։ 
Տպավորություն է, որ լրագրողին հանձնարարված է ուշադրությունը սևեռել միայն Multi Wellness սպորտային համալիրի վրա և անգամ դրականը ներկայացնել բացասական լույսի ներքո։ Մարզվելու և առողջ ապրելակերպով ապրելու համար արտոնյալ պայմաններով վարկ տրամադրելը միայն գովելի և ողջունելի արարք է և Multi Wellness-ի այդ քայլը պետք է միայն գնահատել, քանի որ քաղաքացուն հնավարություն է տրվում անգամ սուղ միջոցների դեպքում օգտվել համալիրի ծառայություններից։ Թերևս միայն «չոբանի» մտքով կանցներ այս ողջունելի նախաձեռնությունը փորձել ներկայացնել բացասական լույսի ներքո, այն դեպքում, երբ ես ինքս օգտվում եմ Multi Wellness սպորտային համալիրի ծառայություններից և դա անում եմ հենց այս արտոնյալ պայմաներով։ Առայսօր ծանոթներիցս կամ ընկերներիցս մեկի մտքով անգամ չի անցել քննադատել սպորտային համալիրին ինձ նման հնարավորություն ընձեռելու համար, ճիշտ հակառակը։ Երևի նման երևույթը քննադատելու համար իսկապես պետք է լինել նմանատիպ լրագրող, որը, ինչպես հասկանում եմ, ոչ թե ուղղակի աշխատանք է, այլ մտածելակերպ ու կենսակերպ, քանի որ միայն նման մտածելակերպ ունեցող մեկը կարող է վատ համարել այն, ինչը նպաստում է մարդկանց մարզվելուն, առողջ ապրելուն, լավ մարզավիճակ ունենալուն։ 
Սա պետք է բացատրել կամ խեղված մտածելակերպով, կամ էժան պատվեր կատարելով, որովհետև միայն Multi Wellness-ին հիշատակելը ու այլ մարզահամալիրների մասին գիտակցված լռելը խոսում է ուղղորդված ու պատվիրված նյութ գրելու մասին։
