Մարտի 1-ին Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Լիճքի համայնքապետարանում տեղի կունենան «Ալկաֆիշ» ՍՊԸ կողմից ներկայացված՝ Լիճք համայնքում մանրաձկան արտադրամասի կառուցման շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության նախնական գնահատման հայտի վերաբերյալ հանրային քննարկումներ:

Համաձայն կառավարության էլեկտրոնային ռեգիստրի՝ «Ալկաֆիշ» ՍՊԸ-ն հիմնադրվել է ընդամենը ամիսներ առաջ՝ 2017 թ․ նոյեմբերի 15-ին։ Հիմնադիրն էլ Սողոմոն Սերյոժայի Սողոմոնյանն է, ով նախորդ տարի ընդգրկված է եղել «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի՝ պատգամավորների թեկնածուների համամասնական ցուցակում։

Սողոմոնյանը ծնունդով մարտունեցի է, մասնագիտությամբ ինժեներ-տեխնոլոգ։ 1989-2003թթ․ աշխատել է «Հայձուկ» միավորման Լիճքի ձկնաբուծական գործարանում՝ որպես տնօրեն: 2003-2007թթ․ եղել է «Գոս» ՓԲԸ-ի խորհրդի նախագահ, իսկ 2007-2014թթ․ աշխատել է բնապահպանության նախարարության աշխատակազմի ԲՊՏ Գեղարքունիքի ՏԲ պետ:

Կենսագրությունից պարզ է դառնում, որ ձկների բուծումը նրա համար նորություն չէ։ Այսօր արդեն նա իրեն պատկանող ընկերության կողմից պատրաստվում է մանրաձկան արտադրություն իրականացնել։

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք նախագծից՝ նախատեսվող կառույցը իրենից ներկայացնելու է մեկ հարկանի առանց նկուղի կարկասային կառույց: Շենքի հիմքերը կլինեն ժապավենաձև, հիմնային հեծաններով: Նախագծի մեջ նաև ասված է, որ մանրաձկան արտադրամասը սոցիալական և տնտեսական կարևոր նշանակություն  ունի մարզի զարգացման համար:

Նախատեսվող գործունեության տարածքը գտնվում է Գեղարքունիքի մարզում, Սևանա լճի ավազանի հարավ-արևելյան մասում՝ Գեղամա լեռնաշղթայի հարավային և Վարդենիսի լեռնաշղթայի հյուսիսային լեռների ստորոտներում, ծովի մակերևույթից մոտ 1900-2100 մ նիշերի սահմաններում: Արտադրամասի ընդհանուր մակերեսը կկազմի 1413,1 քառակուսի մետր, իսկ ընդհանուր շինարարական աշխատանքները կտևեն 24 ամիս:

Ըստ նախագծի՝ կառուցվող շինության մեջ, փակ ցիկլում նախատեսվում է ստանալ մինչև 1 միլիոն մանրաձուկ: Փակ ցիկլում պահանջվում է 3 ամիս 100 գրամանոց մանրաձուկ ստանալու համար: Այդ նպատակով պահանջվում է ջրով տարեկան մեկանգամյա լիցքավորում, որը կազմում է 100 հազար մ³: Մանրաձուկը կառուցվող շինության մեջ աճեցվում է մինչև 100 գրամ, որից հետո տեղափոխվում է հողային ավազաններ՝ ապրանքային ձուկ ստանալու նպատակով՝ մեկ կիլոգրամ և ավել՝ ըստ պահանջարկի: Առաջին տարում նախատեսվում է ստանալ 200 տոննա ապրանքային ձուկ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ նախատեսվող մանրաձկան և հետագայում ապրանքային ձկան արտադրամասի առավելագույն հզորությունը կկազմի հազար տոննա: Մանրաձկան աճեցման համար տեղադրվելու են 8 հատ՝ յուրաքանչյուրը հազար մ³ ջրի ծավալով և 8 հատ յուրաքանչյուրը 10 հազար մ³ ջրի ծավալով ավազաններ: Ապրանքային ձկան աճեցման համար նախատեսվում է բացօթյա 2 հողային ավազան՝ յուրաքանչյուրը 25 հազար 740մ³ ծավալով:

Ընկերության ջրամատակարարումը իրականացվելու է «ԳՈՍ» ՓԲԸ-ի (որի խորհրդի նախագահը ժամանակին եղել է Սողոմոնյանը) հետ կնքած համաձայնագրով և Լիճք գետից: Կենցաղ-կոմունալ հոսքաջրերը ենթարկվելու են մաքրման տարածքում նախատեսվող կենսաբանական մաքրման կայանում։
