Դավիթ Հարությունյանը ներկայացրեց ՔԿՎ-ի նախկին պետ Արթուր Օսիկյանի պաշտոնից ազատվելու պատճառները

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը ներկայացրեց արդարադատության նախարարության Քրեակատարողական վարչության պետ Արթուր Օսիկյանի պաշտոնաթողության պատճառները: Նրա խոսքով` քրեակատարողական վարչությունում աշխատելու ընթացքում Օսիկյանը հաջողությունների է հասել, սակայն, ինչպես ցանկացած դեպքում, Օսիկյանի աշխատանքում թերություններ եղել են:
«Չկա մարդ, ով անթերի է աշխատում, ինչպես և բոլորիս դեպքում: Այնպես որ, երբեմն անձի փոփոխության հարց է առաջանում, երբ համակարգին անհրաժեշտ է նորովի նայել»,- Past.am-ի hաղորդմամբ, ասաց Դավիթ Հարությունյանը:
Արդարադատության նախարարը նշեց, որ ընդհանրապես անհրաժեշտ է պարբերաբար փոփոխել գործունեության ոլորտը՝ իրավիճակը այլ ձևով տեսնելու համար:
Արդարադատության նախարարը խոսեց նաև իր օրինակի մասին՝ նշելով, 1998-2006 թվականներին նախարար աշխատած տարիներին 2006-ին որոշեց, որ մեկ տարի անց պետք է հեռանա, որպեսզի նոր նախարարը կարողանա նորովի նայել աշխատանքին և շտկի իր թերությունները:
«Պարոն Օսիկյանը շատ մեծ աշխատաքն է կատարել, բայց ժամանակն էր արդեն նորովի նայել այդ համակարգին»,- ասաց Հարությունյանը:
Հունվարի 29-ին ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ստորագրել էր հրամանագիր Ռաֆայել Հովհաննիսյանին Հայաuտանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական վարչության պետ նշանակելու մասին:
Նախագահի մեկ այլ հրամանագրով Արթուր Օսիկյանը ազատվել էր ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական վարչության պետի պաշտոնից:
