SOCIETYԱրցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը փետրվարի 20-ին շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Արցախի վերածննդի օրվա առթիվ: Այս մասին Past.am-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից:
Ուղերձում ասված է.
«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունների եւ անձամբ իմ անունից ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Արցախի վերածննդի օրվա առթիվ:
30 տարի է անցել այն օրից, երբ մեր ժողովուրդը միասնական ու միակամ ոտքի ելավ՝ իր վճռորոշ ձայնը բարձրացնելով հանուն մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության: Դա խաղաղ եւ արդարացի պահանջ էր, որին Ադրբեջանը պատասխանեց Բաքվում, Սումգայիթում եւ այլ բնակավայրերում հայ բնակչության կոտորածներով, բռնի տեղահանումներով, հազարավոր մարդիկ դարձան այդ հանցավոր քաղաքականության զոհ:
Ադրբեջանի կողմից մեզ պարտադրված անհավասար եւ արյունալի պատերազմը է՛լ ավելի կոփեց մեր ժողովրդի կամքը, միավորեց համայն հայությանը մեր պապենական հողը պաշտպանելու եւ նրա իրական տերը դառնալու գործում: Այդ միասնության ու համախմբվածության, մեր ժողովրդի հայրենասիրության եւ ազատատենչ ոգու շնորհիվ մենք կարողացանք ոչ միայն դիմակայել սանձազերծ հակառակորդին, այլեւ տոնել մեծ հաղթանակներ:
Եվ այսօր՝ 30 տարի անց, կարող ենք հպարտորեն արձանագրել, որ մեր ժողովրդի ընտրությունը ճիշտ էր, որ մենք այլ ճանապարհ չունեինք: Մայր Հայաստանի եւ Սփյուռքի մեր քույրերի ու եղբայրների հետ միասին հերոսաբար պաշտպանեցինք վտանգված հայրենիքը, վերականգնեցինք ավերված տնտեսությունը եւ ստեղծեցինք կայուն հիմքեր նրա հետագա զարգացման համար, կազմավորվեց պաշտպանության բանակը, որը դարձավ ոչ միայն մեր երկրի, այլեւ տարածաշրջանի կայունության ու խաղաղության երաշխավորը, ծնվեց ու դաստիարակվեց մի սերունդ, ում համար հայրենիքի ազատությունն ու անկախությունը բացառիկ արժեքներ են:
Թանկագի՛ն բարեկամներ,
Ես ավելի քան վստահ եմ, որ մեր ժողովուրդը կյանքի է կոչելու իր բոլոր նվիրական իղձերն ու նպատակները:
Մեկ անգամ եւս շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս պետական կարեւորագույն տոնի կապակցությամբ եւ մաղթում խաղաղություն ու մեծագույն հաջողություններ մեր հայրենիքին ու ժողովրդին»:
