Հրայր Թովմասյանն անդրադարձել է ՍԴ նախագահ դառնալու խոսակցություններին
SOCIETYԱզգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հրայր Թովմասյանը, ում թեկնածությունն առաջադրվել է Սահմանադրական դատարանի անդամի պաշտոնում, անդրադարձել է Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ ընտրվելու մասին խոսակցություններին: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Հրայր Թովմասյանն ընդգծեց, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահի մասին որևէ քննարկում այս պահին չկա՝ հիշեցնելով, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանի 70-ամյակը լրանում է այս տարվա մարտի 23-ին, ինչից հետո նա կթողնի պաշտոնը: «Դրանից հետո մեկամսյա ժամկետում կընտրվի Սահմանադրական դատարանի նոր նախագահը»,- past.am-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Թովմասյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ ինքը համապատասխանում է Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորի համար ներկայացված պահանջներին: Հարցին, իսկ Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահի համար ներկայացված պահանջներին համապատասխանո՞ւմ է, Հրայր Թովմասյանը պատասխանեց. «Դրանք չեն տարբերվում»:
Անդրադառնալով հարցին՝ բացառո՞ւմ է, որ կարող է Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ դառնալ՝ Հրայր Թովմասյանն ընդգծեց, որ այս պահին ոչինչ չի կարող ասել: «Եթե ես ընտրվեմ Սահմանադրական դատարանի անդամ, ինձանից բացի կլինեն Սահմանադրական դատարանի այլ դատավորներ: Սահմանադրական դատարանի կազմից է ընտրվելու Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահը»,- նշեց Թովմասյանը:
Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հրայր Թովմասյանն Ազգային ժողովի պետական-իրավական և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնից հրաժարվելու դիմում է ներկայացրել ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանին, քանի որ Սահմանադրական դատարանի անդամի թափուր տեղի համար առաջարկվել է իր թեկնածությունը: Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը լրագրողներին հայտնել է, որ պետական-իրավական և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնում Հրայր Թովմասյանին կփոխարինի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գևորգ Կոստանյանը:
