ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն ընդունել է YES Armenia ծրագրի երիտասարդ փորձագետներին, ովքեր ներգրավված են պետական նախարարությունների և այլ պետական գերատեսչությունների տարբեր նախագծերում:  Այս մասին past.am-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով երիտասարդներին կառավարությունում՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ պետական կառավարման համակարգում աշխատելը հետաքրքիր փորձ է: «Աշխարհն այսօր ունի լուրջ խնդիրներ, որոնք կանգնած են պետական կառավարիչների և ընդհանրապես կառավարման համակարգերի առջև: Ձեր մուտքով պետական կառավարման համակարգ ակնկալում եմ որոշակի թարմացում: Նախ և առաջ կառավարման համակարգն ազատ, խիզախ, համարձակ մտածող, էներգիայով լի և կարծրատիպերից դուրս մտածող մարդկանց կարիք ունի», - ընդգծել է վարչապետը: Կառավարության ղեկավարը հույս է հայտնել, որ ծրագրի ավարտից հետո շատերը կցանկանան շարունակել գործունեությունը պետական համակարգում: «Դուք ֆանտաստիկ հնարավորություն ունեք՝ կառավարելու մեծ համակարգեր: Կարծում եմ՝ մասշտաբային գործ կառավարելը, դրան մասնակցելը մեծ ամբիցիա է: Եթե դրան էլ գումարենք այն, որ դուք մասնակցում եք ձեր երկրի կառավարմանը, ապա դա հիանալի մոտիվացիա է, ավելի մեծ մոտիվացիա հնարավոր չէ պատկերացնել»,- շեշտել է վարչապետը:

Անդրադառնալով կառավարության գործունեությանը՝ վարչապետը նշել է, որ «մեր այսօրվա թիմը գրադիենտով պատկերացնում է, թե երկիրն ինչպես պետք է զարգացնել, ուր տանել և այդ ծրագիրն այժմ «միս ու արյուն» ստանալու փուլում է»:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում երիտասարդ փորձագետները վարչապետին են ներկայացրել պետական կառավարման համակարգի վերաբերյալ իրենց դիտարկումները, առաջարկությունները, այն խնդիրները, որոնք նրանք նկատել են: Մասնավորապես, անդրադարձ է կատարվել գյուղատնտեսության, կրթության, գիտության, էներգետիկայի և այլ ոլորտների կառավարմանը: Փորձագետներից մեկի խնդրանքով անդրադառնալով գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի զարգացմանը, Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշել է. «Մակրո առումով մենք այսօր գոհ ենք այն վեկտրից, որ նախարարությունը գծում է: Եվ այժմ եթե անասնապահության ոլորտում էլ իրականացնենք այն ծրագրերը՝ ինչ գյուղտեխնիկայի լիզինգային ծրագրում, հակակարկտային ցանցերի, կաթիլային համակարգերի, ինտենսիվ այգիների ներդրման ուղղությամբ, վստահ եմ, որ ունենալու ենք զարգացման մեծ ալիք, քանի որ ունենք շուկա»:

Եվրամիության գործընկերների և Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի համատեղ Yes Armenia ծրագրով պետական կառավարման ոլորտ է ներգրավվել 20 հայ երիտասարդ, տաղանդաշատ մասնագետներ՝ Հայաստանից և Սփյուռքից, ովքեր անցել են բարդ ընտրական գործընթացով և ընտրվել ավելի քան 300 դիմորդների միջից:
