Դատախազը չի գալիս, նախագահին նամակ կգրեն

Նախկինում արդեն Past.am-ը գրել էր, որ 2016 թ. հուլիսին Սարի թաղում տեղի ունեցած բախումների հետևանքով կալանավորված 9 քաղաքացիների ընտանիքի անդամները փետրվարից ցանկանում են վերսկսել բողոքի ակցիաները՝ արդարությունը վերականգնելու և իրենց հարազատներին ի վերջո ազատության մեջ տեսնելու համար:
Կալանավորված Էդուարդ Զեյթունցյանի կինը՝ Լալա Բեռնեցյանը, սակայն, այսօր մեզ տեղեկացրեց, որ բողոքի ակցիաներ չեն անի, քանի որ քիչ են, ընդամենը երեք հոգի՝ Լալան և Հրաչ Բոյաջյանի ու Արման Ադամյանի կանայք:
«Մյուսները չցանկացան դուրս գալ, սկզբից համաձայն էին, ասում էին կգանք, չգիտեմ՝ ինչին են սպասում: Մենք պատրաստվում ենք այս օրերին նախագահին նամակ գրել, տեսնենք՝ այս անգամ ինչ կպատասխանեն»,-ասաց Լալան:
Հարցին, թե այս անգամ նամակն ի՞նչ բովանդակություն կունենա, Լալան պատասխանեց, որ խնդրելու են Սարի թաղի տղաներին ներում շնորհել, քանի որ նրանք մեղավոր չեն, ուղղակի իրենց արդար ձայնն էին բարձրացրել:
Նշենք, որ փետրվարի 9-ին կայանալիք դատական նիստը կրկին հետաձգվել էր կրկին դատախազի բացակայության պատճառով: Դատախազն այս անգամ էլ չէր ներկայացել և անգամ չէր զգուշացրել այդ մասին:
Լալայի խոսքով՝ ամբաստանյալները վրդովվել էին, բողոքել՝ որքան կարող է սա շարունակվել: Սրան ի պատասխան դատավորն իր ամուսնու նկատմամբ սանկցիա էր կիրառել և մեկ ժամով դատական դահլիճից դուրս հանել:
«Ո՛չ վկաներն են գալիս, ո՛չ դատախազը, մարդ իրավունք չունի խոսք ասելու»,- վրդովված նկատեց Լալան:
Նշենք, որ հաջորդ դատական նիստը նշանակվել է մարտի 15-ի համար:
Միաժամանակ հիշեցնենք, որ Սարի թաղի կալանավորված բնակիչները մեղադրվում են Քրեական օրենսգրքի 315 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցչին օրենքով նրա վրա դրված պարտականությունները կատարելու ժամանակ դիմադրելը կամ նրան ակնհայտ ապօրինի գործողություններ կատարելուն հարկադրելը, որը կատարվել է բռնությամբ կամ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով
