Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 15-ին, մահվան ելքով վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Տավուշի մարզում։ Ժամը 01։15-ի սահմաններում Ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչություն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Նոյեմբերյանից դեպի Բագրատաշենի անցակետ տանող ճանապարհահատվածում վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել և վրաերթի ենթարկվածը մահացել է։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր են մեկնել Ճանապարհային Ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 5-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Վահան Էվինյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Սմբատ Նորեկյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի վայրում ճանապարհային ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել են Toyota Camry մակնիշի 88 VԼ 878 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենան, սակայն վարորդը տեղում չի եղել։ Ավտոմեքենայի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է վրաերթի հետևանքով մահացած Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ակունք գյուղի բնակիչ՝ 41-ամյա Ռաֆիկ Ավետիսյանի դին։ Օպերատիվորեն ժամանած բժիշկները փորձել են նրան տեղափոխեն հիվանդանոց, սակայն պարզվել է, որ նա մահացած է։
Դեպքի մասին ՀՀ ՃՈ 1-77 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Սերգեյ Մարտիրոսյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ Նոյեմբերյանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Ա. Խուդաղյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ժամանել են նաև Ոստիկանության Նոյեմբերյանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Մհեր Բուդաղյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ ավտոմեքենան պատկանում է Բագրատաշեն 3-րդ փողոցի բնակիչ՝ 33-ամյա Արտուշ Մաթևոսյանին, ով, ըստ տեղեկությունների, վրաերթից հետո վիրավորին թողնելով անօգնական՝ հայ-վրացական սահմանի Բագրատաշենի անցակետով Հայաստանից փախել է։ Փաստի առթիվ քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի և 244 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ Ա. Մաթևոսյանին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։ Քննիչի հանձնարարականով Toyota Camry-ն տեղափոխվել է Ոստիկանության Նոյեմբերյանի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
