Փետրվարի 28-ին Արարատի մարզի Ուրցաձորի համայնքապետարանում տեղի կունենան «ՌԱՈւՌ» ՍՊԸ կողմից ներկայացված ՀՀ Արարատի մարզի Ուրցաձորի կավային ապարների երևակման տարածքում երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրության աշխատանքների շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության նախնական գնահատման հայտի վերաբերյալ հանրային քննարկումները: 

Ուրցաձորի կավային ապարների տարածքում նախատեսվում է իրականացնել երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրություն: Երևակման տարածքը գտնվում է Արարատի տրավերտինների և կավերի հանքավայրի անմիջական հարևանությամբ:

Ուրցաձորի կավային ապարների երևակման տարածքը գտնվում է Արարատի Ուրցաձոր գյուղից մոտ 1,5կմ դեպի հյուսիս և Շաղափ գյուղից մոտ 7,5կմ հյուսիս-արևմուտք: Մոտակա բնակավայրերն են Գոռավան, Դաշտաքար գյուղերը և Վեդի քաղաքը, որը գտնվում է երևակման տարածքից 9կմ հեռավորության վրա:

«ՌԱՈԻՌ» ՍՊԸ ընկերությունը Ուրցաձորի կավային ապարների երևակման ուսումնասիրության աշխատանքները նախատեսում է իրականացնել հետևյալ մեթոդիկայով. նախ և առաջ երևակման տարածքի համապատասխան մասշտաբի երկրաբանական քարտեզագրում, ապա երկրաբանական և տոպոքարտեզների կազմում, հետախուզահորերի անցում և վերջում՝ հետախուզահորերի նմուշարկում:

Ինչպես նախագծից տեղեկացավ Past.am-ը՝ օգտակար հանածոն նախատեսվում է ուսումնասիրել հիդրոտեխնիկական կառույցներում՝ մասնավորապես, ամբարտակների կառուցման աշխատանքներում, որպես շինանյութ հակաֆիլտրացիոն միջոցառումների նպատակով օգտագործման համար:

Երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրության աշխատանքների ավարտից հետո կկատարվի խախտված հողերի վերականգնում:

Ուրցաձորի երևակման տարածքի տեղակայված կլինի «Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոցի հարևանությամբ: Ըստ նախագծի՝ հեռավորությունը կազմում է ընդամենը 5կմ: Նախագծի հեղինակների համաձայն՝ երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրության աշխատանքի մեթոդիկան, աշխատանքների ծավալները և կիրառվող տեխնոլոգիաները բացառում են  բացասական ազդեցության ձևավորումը պետական արգելոցի վրա:

Պետական արգելոցի հարևանությամբ լինելուց զատի՝ հայցվող տեղամասը մոտ է գտնվում բազմաթիվ հուշարձանների: Այսպես, Ուրցաձորում հաշվառված են պատմության և մշակույթի թվով 33 հուշարձաններ՝ ամրոցներ, եկեղեցիներ, տապանաքարեր, խաչքարեր և այլն: Ամեն դեպքում նախագծում ասված է, թե այդ հուշարձանները գտնվում են երևակման տարածքից զգալի հեռավորությունների վրա և տեղամասի շահագործումը չի կարող բացասաբար անդրադառնալ պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների իրավիճակի վրա:

Ի դեպ, երևակման տարածքի հողերը Ուրցաձոր համայնքի հողերի կադաստրային քարտեզներում նշված են որպես արոտավայրեր: Գյուղացիները տեղյակ են երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրության աշխատանքների ծրագրի մասին, նրանց հետ քննարկվել է հնարավոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման հարցը:

Բնապահպանական միջոցառումների համար նախատեսվում է տարեկան մասնահանել 250 հազար դրամ:
