«Հրապարակ». Վարչապետի ընտրության օրը հայտնի է. քաղաքական որոշումը կայացվել է

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ քաղաքական որոշումն արդեն կայացվել է՝ վարչապետի ընտրությունը տեղի կունենա ապրիլի 17-ին՝ ԱԺ հատուկ նիստով։ Ընթացակարգը նույնն է, ինչ մնացյալ դեպքերում է՝ առաջադրում, թեկնածուի ծրագրային ելույթ, հարցեր, մտքերի փոխանակում, ելույթներ, ֆրակցիաների տեսակետներ, ԱԺ ֆրակցիայի նախագահի, ԱԺ նախագահ-փոխնախագահների արտահերթ ելույթներ։

Ի տարբերություն ապագա նախագահի փակ-գաղտնի ընտրության, վարչապետի ընտրությունը բաց է՝ «տաբլոյի վրա» նույն վայրկյանին երեւալու է, թե ով ինչպես է քվեարկել։ Նաեւ՝ վարչապետի ընտրությանը պարզ մեծամասնություն է անհրաժեշտ, իսկ նախագահին՝ ձայների երեք քառորդ։

Իսկ ոչի՞նչ, որ նախագահն ավելի շատ ձայնով է անցնելու, քան ձեր թեկնածու վարչապետը՝ հարցրինք ՀՀԿ խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շամազանովին։ «Վարչապետի համար ՀՀԿ ձայները լիուլի բավարար են, չնայած մենք կոալիցիայում ունենք 65 ձայն։ Նման խնդիր, որ նախագահը շատ ձայն է ստանում եւ այլն, չկա։ Անկախ ձայներից՝ առաջին ջութակը մնում է վարչապետը․ նախագահի եւ վարչապետի ֆունկցիաները չեն խաչվում»։

Իսկ նորընտիր նախագահին հյուրի կարգավիճակով հրավիրելո՞ւ եք ԱԺ՝ վարչապետի ընտրության օրը։ «Դա ինաուգուրացիա չէ, որ հրավիրենք»։ Իսկ ո՞վ կլինի, ըստ Ձեզ, վարչապետը։ Արմեն Աշոտյանն ու Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանն արդեն ասել-ակնարկել են՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանը․ կիսո՞ւմ եք նրանց կարծիքը։ «Ես մի կարծիք ունեմ՝ մինչեւ 2022 թ․ ժողովրդի տված քվեով՝ մեր միակ ու անփոխարինելի առաջնորդը Սերժ Սարգսյանն է»:
