Իրականում հարց է ծագում, թե ե՞րբ անտառը պաշտպանված կլինի, որ այն այլևս չհոշոտեն: Անկեղծ ասած՝ դժվար է հասկանալ, թե ինչպես է պատահել, որ «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ը տարիներ շարունակ գտնվել է Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության կազմում, բայց ԱԱԾ-ի կողմից բացահայտված  «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ–ի տարբեր մասնաճյուղերում տևական ժամանակ իրականացված մեծ ծավալների ծառերի ապօրինի հատումների, ոլորտի պատասխանատու պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից այդ հանցագործությունների թողտվության, հովանավորչության, սիստեմատիկ կաշառք ստանալու, կաշառք տալու և կաշառք ստանալու օժանդակության դեպքերի համար որպես մեղադրյալ են ներգրավվել 13 անձ, այդ թվում՝ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության պետի տեղակալը, բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության բույսերի կենսաբազմազանության բաժնի պետի տեղակալը, բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության ավագ պետական տեսուչը, բայց գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունից որևէ պաշտոնյայի մասին տեղեկություն չկա:

Տպավորությունն այնպիսինն է, որ անտառը հոշոտելու «նախագծի» հետքերը թաքցնելու համար է ժամանակին նման որոշում կայացվել: Ու թեև անցյալ տարեվերջին նախագահը «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ը բնապահպանության նախարարության ենթակայությանը հանձնելու հրամանագիր ստորագրեց, սակայն դժվար թե դա օգնի, որ նախկին սխալներն ուղղվեն:

Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել է Past.am-ը,  միայն «Դսեղի» և «Արծվաբերդի» անտառտնտեսություններին հասցված վնասի չափը կազմում է մեկ միլիարդ դրամից ավել գումար: Եվ այս պայմաններում այնքան էլ հասկանալի չէ, թե ՊՈԱԿ-ի գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության կազմից բնապահպանության նախարարության ենթակայության տակ անցնելուց հետո որքանով հնարավոր կլինի բարձրացնել անտառի կառավարման արդյունավետությունը:

Ու մինչ նշված ընդունում-հանձնումը, ՊՈԱԿ-ի ներկայիս «տերը»՝ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարը, փայտանյութի մթերման նոր կարգի մասին հրաման է տվել «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ին ամրակցված անտառներում 2018 թվականին իրականացվելիք 90596 խմ բնափայտի մթերման և իրացման աշխատանքները կազմակերպելու նոր կարգ է սահմանել:

Համաձայն որի՝ «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ը յուրաքանչյուր անտառհատման տոմսի համար առանձին լոտերով առաջիկայում կհայտարարի «Արմատի վրա ծառատուի առուվաճառքի», ինչպես նաև «Ծառայությունների՝ անտառտնտեսական աշխատանքների կատարման» աճուրդներ և մրցույթներ, ասվում է «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի լրատվական ծառայության կողմից տարածած հաղորդագրությունում:

Ինչպես պարզ է դառնում, հայոց անկախ պետականության 25 տարիների ընթացքում եղածը հոշոտելու սովորույթից բացի առաջին անգամ փորձ է արվում անտառի ծառերը ոչ թե սովորական ձևով ալան-թալան անել, այլ քաղաքակիրթ ձևով՝ ծրագրով վաճառել:
